The property is excellent, superior rooms are amazing but food wasn’t that great (I am a foodie hence had high expectations).

The staff is great, very supportive and the owner Mrs. Nitika ensure everyone’s comfort and safety herself. 

Overall a good place to stay, near to Mall Road of Dalhousie.

Nice property

We stayed in the attic room with balcony in June 2023 for 4 nights..Room was good, good views, newly done up bathroom. Food at buffet was good..staff was very helpful especially Dimple. 
It’s very near to Mall Road so that’s a plus point,only 5-7 min walking 
Lots of steps to reach the rooms and restaurant so not suitable for elderly
One big issue was that there is a Live singer on the terrace restaurant EVERY NIGHT! From 8 to 10 pm.. it was ok to hear him for one night but  listening to the same songs 4 consecutive nights was a real let down .. we could hear him loud in our room with all doors and windows closed also. We wanted to get away from the noises and relax in a peaceful environment and this singing was the only negative point . Hope the management will do something about it and have the singer come only weekend nights . 
The water pressure in the jet spray in bathroom was pathetic. 
Jain food was arranged too for us. 
Otherwise satisfied with the stay.

Good clean hotel but loud singing

We stayed here for two nights in March '23. We had booked a non-view room which was ready even though we arrived early. The room and bathroom were clean. The location was almost perfect with a short 5 minute walk to Gandhi chowk. We were able to shop and dine at our pleasure and return for rest whenever we wanted.  One of the highlights was the excellent breakfast buffet. There was good variety. The items were  homely but very well made.  There was live music in the fireplace area every night. We did not visit due to the cold but enjoyed it from the comfort of our home. 

Minor things which can be improved
The bathroom is fitted with a water heater which takes 20 minutes to heat. Although it is clearly mentioned in the bathroom and while checking in, it is a minor inconvenience in such cold weather.
Although the comforter cover was washed, we did spot some small stains.   
The room service can be improved. The food we ordered came in multiple deliveries and the staff had to be reminded. Towels were not replaced the second day but were promptly delivered on request.

Great short stay!!

Overall good experience with this property..
Pros:
1. Views are good from resort
2. Rooms were spacious
3. Have good open area for kids play
4. Road to resort is quite accessible
5. Food quality, quantity and taste were awesome
6. Staff was courteous and prompt.
7. Ample parking space
8. Walking distance to mall road
9. They have a good open roof restaurent and cafe

Cons:
1. Room has 24x7 hot water but water flow was too low that you cant even take shower.
2. Room heater was quite Noisy.

Ambience - 5 Star. beautifully maintained, cozy property. Gives you European feel with the colourful flower planters throughout all balcony railings, hallways, and roof top restaurant/lounge
Rooms - 5 Star. decent sized and cozy.
Location - 5 Star.  Just about 300-350m from mall raod. 5 min walk.

Looks like a cute little place from outside but very cozy and comfortable. Didn't expect all this at all at first look. But a great stay. They also have local live singer and bonfire in the evening at their terrace lounge where you can order food from them and BYOB. 

If I visit Dalhousie again then this is the place I am going to stay again.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! is the word for it!!!

Well, it has to be one of the best hotels in Dalhousie.Everything from check in - service, food, amenities, hygiene, safety, staff - to check out is super efficient and quick.

All things seem to be in place and than you get the feel that these guys have been trained in their processes and they have done it again & again to give the best experience to guests staying with them.

All in all a wonderful place to stay & experience. Location is right in the middle of Dalhousie and Hotel Monga's will take care of your every need. A big Thumbs up!!!!

Best Hotel in Dalhousie

When I booked this property I had very low expectations but this property turned out to be super amazing. Right from the moment we enter our experience was excellent. Staff is super efficient. We reached at midnight. They didn’t made us wait even for a minute. We straight away went to our room thanks to amazing staff here. Rooms are big and so are bathrooms. They made sure to have all things in rooms to make it extra comfortable. Breakfast spread was good and tasty . Restaurant food is super tasty. Location is nice right next to Gandhi Chowk. Kudos to staff here they all are very good in their job. Will surely visit and recommend this place.

Amazing property with excellent staff

So after our Snow Valley Ordeal, we decided to check out this hotel which had fairly good reviews and was very near to Gandhi Chowk and I must say, was very pleasantly surprised.

For starters, their sales team is very polite, spoke to Mr. Praveen and he was very courteous to say the least and assisted us at best all through the checkin.

The checkin was seamless and their rooms are in real good shape. You can ask for special requests for rooms and they are taken care of. The only fly in the ointment during my show 3 night stay here was that they missed to fix the batteries of the room locks and hence 1 of the room had momentarily issue. Apart from this and some monkeys which keep coming in to say hello, everything else is wonderful here.

Their Buffet spread is not the biggest you'd see but the food is very good in terms of both taste and quality. I can say with a conviction that It was so far the best food i had ever on the hills. They do attend to any special requests in their dining area as well and the menu changes everyday. 

We were moved from their family room to the luxury valley view rooms post 1st night and that again was a sweet surprise as the rooms were very well appointed.

If you're couple with kids, consider their family rooms for they're awesome, both in terms of space as well as location in the property.

Their Location is pretty good, their rooms are well appointed, their bathrooms are 10/10 and the best part being, this is the place to be if you're looking for yummy punjabi style food in Dalhousie which one may miss in the hills, this is the place to be My compliments to the management for this wonderful show. 

I'd definitely be back soon for another long stay and hoping it turns out even better than this one. Thank you Monga's for this wonderful show !

A Hotel to create beautiful memories - Must Stay !

Brilliant location  - cordial staff - would definitely recommend to get the dinner buffet included in the package as the food was too yum ! The location is just 5 minutes walk from Gandhi chowk and they have ample parking space.

Go for the valley facing rooms - they offer terrific views ! The live music was a nice add-on and the evening chai from the terrace views has an amazing view too of the valley.
