It was on the 8th floor . Impossible to locate the entrance till someone guided us to a couple of lifts inside the basement parking.

With zero expectations, the hotel did not seem too bad, polite and helpful staff, a nice view of the Gauhati skyline. 

The rickety lift however is a deal breaker !

A well located budget hotel

The reception guys are no where concerned or interested to check bookings made from makemytrip. They are simply checking the manual list of bookings they have. Even after showing our booking receipt or booking confirmation they are not willing to talk with the customer care people.

No update of bookings

It is a budget hotel in center of city. Hotel is situated in Ulubari near Paltan bazar. Guwahati  Railway station is very nearby.
Hotel is on 8th floor of Peace Enclave building. Rooms are very neat and clean.Bed is of good quality and big size. Bath rooms are also very big and have basic toiletries.

Only the problem we faced that day was lift was not working and we had to reach 8th floor.

Budget Hotel

Located on 8th floor of a building, I thought that I  wasted my money but when I went there,I found it to be a decent hotel and good staff.rooms are clean and room service available.there is no restaurant and food served in room.food is costly but of good quality.if you want to eat some sweets or dosa, bhature etc then go to makhan bhog restaurant which is 1.3 kms from here.overall a good hotel in your budget.value for money.

A good hotel which you can not expect from its location.

Located at the 8th floor near to N.E.TV Tower at G.S Road, this hotel has good priced, well maintained rooms with amenities of a 4 star hotel. The view from the rooms are excellent with great connectivity to nearby offices, shopping arcades and malls.

Rooms are too good and washrooms are also very good
Quality of food and starters are excellent with very good room services
The staff and waiters are very courteous, friendly and helpful

I booked the room for 2 nights on 15th january,2016 via booking.com and was given the booking confirmation number after which i confirmed it by calling up the hotel. but when i reached the hotel on 19th night i was told "sorry sir no room is available" and i had to find the other hotel on the chilled night. Very careless services. Highly dissappointed.
