Please note that guests are required to inform the property in advance about their estimated arrival time since most apartments do not operate a front desk. Please note that the apartments are spread across different blocks of DLF but all check-in and key collection will take place in our office at: 20 Jacaranda Marg, DLF Phase II (between 9 am to 8 pm) unless specified otherwise, where guests will be provided directions to their allotted apartment & other helpful information. Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival. A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee. Please note that for Bookings done without providing Credit Card, guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with a payment link or bank account details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made as per the Cancellation Policy within 24 hours once email is received. Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorisation on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice. Please note that the guest's credit card will be debited by the bank's merchant named Blue Leaf Corp. Please note the card holder must be present during check-in and all guests must provide a valid ID (passport, driver's license or national ID card) at check-in.
