I stayed at the hotel with my mother for two nights. There was no proper room service. The bedsheets were dirty with oil spots on them. There were holes in the wall. The bathroom smelled of sewage water. There was a very disgusting smell when we entered the room. The A/C wasn't working sometimes. There was mould around the switch boards and the bedsheets and pillows smelled very unhygienic and disgusting. There was no parking space provided either and the staff seemed disinterested and rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The only good thing about the hotel was the locality. 

Worst Hotel Experience

I have stayed here for many times and for the first time i saw some persons recognizing my stay, Proper arrangements and a Lady from OYO welcomed me, gifted me as they honored my stay saying that it was my 10th stay at this property, i feel home here, good hotel, wifi is good, service can be a bit more better Thank Oyo would suggest all my friends

Semass Service Apartment & OYO Rooms fine stay....

I was realy impressed with the oyo rooms as where it is my first time here to chennai as well,Oyo rooms were very cheap amd very good and cozy ,breakfast was really good,i loved this hotel in particular because of the staffs and importance they give you, the rooms are good and the area is very good,i was surprised by the visit and of an Oyo Manager to check my experience in a very beautiful way,the service went beyond when i said i forgot my watch at my office and i was gifted a beautiful clock to keep at my table.Thanks Madhu for the clock and congrats to oyo for launching international and congrats to Ritesh for being on forbes list,I Would come back again
