I stayed there on 19 to 21 Jan 2020.It is very good hotel having big clean rooms. Parking space for car is available. 100 meter from main market. 8 minutes walk to beach. Food taste is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good hotel

Spacious rooms! Thats the best thing about the hotel. We were a group of 4 and we stayed in a single room. We were provided two mattresses. The room is so spacious that 6 persons can fit in it comfortably. The bathroom is spacious too with a separate section for a huge bathtub. The other things are basic. The manager is polite and helpful. You can get activa or a car at hire at the hotel itself. (In fact almost all the hotels of Goa provide the service). The breakfast is ok! The chef who cooks the dinner is quite good in both veg and non-veg dishes. The ac was working efficiently. The hotel has a lift in it. At about ₹5000 per day (for four), it was a good deal. If you are in budget travelling, this hotel is a safe bet. 

Good budget hotel! 

Had a pleasant stay here, rooms are large enough and maintained well, this hotel is accessible to most of the places from here, however the room service experience for us was not good interms of on restaurant orders.

Nice stay

Only good thing was size of room.
The staff is really unfriendly and uncivilised, specially the person who sit at reception in night.
I regret my decision of choosing this hotel in my stay during Goa.
No Alcohol from outside is allowed. 
People comes to Goa to drink and party, not to follow your these type of stupid rules.
Food is limited and not of good quality, I saw cockroaches in restaurant many times and it was really sickening sight.
I will stay away from this hotel and would suggest not to go to this hotel as well.

Third class hotel

It was a good stay at this hotel..Staff was fiendly ,hotel was clean,Average swimming pool,food was ok..Most important the hotel was close to the beach also its a market area,cabs or scooty are available from the hotel if needed at nominal prices

Family Friendly hotel

Rooms are big and good and neat.
Staff is good and cooperative. However the availability of staff during evening hours is bit concern. Food is good. Overall a nice place to stay along with your friends

Review

I stayed there for 3 days.. That was very comfortable stay. Room was quite good with very nest and clean bathroom. Well working ac and Small fridge.

 You can have buffet breakfast with multiple and variety of option every day. Restaurant food was really awesome. I tried dum biryani for lunch which was really tasty and delicious. Food charges were also not high.

Suggestion: Room should have little more furniture/interior stuff. Wall should be white/ cream coloured or with textured paint.

Very comfortable Stay

Our misery started right at the point we reached calangute as the hotel was inside a street which doesn't had and signboard for the hotel,  so had to call them multiple times for directions. The swimming pool was under renovation which was a big negative point. Although the owner offered us swimming pool in another property but we were not willing to just go to some other property for this purpose. Breakfast was a decent spread with two dishes and one omelette / eggs on order with nice taste. Overall the food was good. An advice that don't take bike or car from the person arranged by hotel as he is a rude person and will charge hefty amount even if a minor scratch is there on the vehicle.  He charged us 3000 for minor scratches on his car which we had rented for 4 days.

Definitely not a 4 star property as claimed on Portals

We (3 family members) stayed there for 4D/3N. We're very impressed with the courteous behaviour of all the staff members, location of the hotel, food and room. In a scale of 1 - 5 (5 being the best), our rating would be

Location - 4.5 (very near to the beach & centrally located)
Room - 4.5 (big & clean)
Food - 4.5 (tastes are good; serving time is good too)
Facilities - 4.0 (decent parking space for 8 / 9 cars; maintenance of swimming pool is very much required)
Pricing - 3.5 (booked thru a travel site and got reasonable rate, given the pick season. However, it seems to be a little pricy)
Staff - 5.0 (Excellent courteous and they will help all the possible ways to make the stay comfortable)

We strongly recommend and will definitely stay there again in our next visit there. 

Excellent Stay & Experience

So we decided to stay at this hotel. And it has a spacious room. But no hot water tap. They will give you electric stick to boil water which is really annoying and takes ages. Food is ok and breakfast is all right! Well you can’t ask more in pocket friendly budget.
