We stayed at this hotel for over a week. The management was very friendly and service was good. The food quality was good. The rooms were very clean and have good view. Hotel has a great location and access to nearby markets and tourist locations.

great Infrastructure good service this place has improved a lot since my last visit . keep it up guys. As its near to the railway station and city so it makes more convenient for the travelers . hope to visit again

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days and one night. To my surprise the rooms are neat and clean but the other hotel areas are lobby and stairs aren't well maintained. The service is decent and so is the food. I dont think there are better options available in the same budget. The pro being that the hotel is very close to the city center and markets are easily accessible. As per the room rent, it is value for money.

Great Stay and Experience

Good service and hotel!

Please avoid booking into this hotel. It is in a perpetual state of repair. We had to change rooms thrice in 1 night because either the toilet or the lock or the kettle had some defect or the other. The whole place had a shady atmosphere and the front desk tried to fool us by changing the rates already booked on the internet!!

A real let down

We had extremely poor and bad experience in this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel via booking.com, while checking-in, the manager and the staff were super rude, ill-mannered, impolite and pathetic.

On check-in, the manager didn't let us checkin to the hotel saying that they are not willing to give us our rooms to the price which we got from booking.com. They also said (translating the line to English: Whatever you want to do, we are not gonna let you checkin to this hotel. If you want to stay, stay with the price which we are offering.)

I had booked via booking.com and I also got the confirmation of my booking.com, ideally being a customer I should not worry once my booking is done, but hotel manager said to us to call booking.com and sort this matter ourself.

On the other hand, when we called booking.com's customer care, they were also not willing to sort this matter with the hotel and said we need to pay the price which hotel is offering (not the one which we booked before our arrival).

I had my old parents with me and we travelled all the way around 7 hours to stay in this hotel and we had also booked the rooms many weeks ahead of our arrival, but this experience with the hotel and booking.com left us disappointed and we ended up staying in other hotel.

I wish I could give 0 star or negative rating to this hotel, manager, the staff and the booking.com, but since google doesn't allow to submit the feedback form without selecting the stars, I had to give 1 star for my experience.

Worse ever hotel & reception support I seen. They are rustic & not at all concern about their hospitality. 
They are opportunistic, even after giving you commitment for booking they can deny depends on their profit.
