First the review of the apartment we stayed in 
1. Large and clean
2. Balcony is great
3. Linen and facilities are good
4. Hot water available. No phones.
5. Cable TV Connection available
6. Dry kitchenette has microwave, fridge, tea maker, toaster and enough plates etc.

A group of 6 friends got together 2 weeks back & had a ball since the apartment that we got was so huge and nice that we extended stay by a day. 

Review of Lawasa
1. Lavasa is a small place under construction, great greenery all around and the architecture is more like a foreign locale
2. Some construction is going on.
3. Not too many places to see
4. Restaurants are very expensive

Better to travel in group and have fun.

Its winter time in Lavasa and it is cold. Dont forget to carry winter clothes

A very nice family / friends place

The whole way to book the JenJon property in Lavasa is just to call up their call-centre and then they will guide you through it. The reservation is so professionally handled that one just looks forward to the stay.

The stay itself is very pleasant with the staff coming to greet you and escorting you to the villa. The villa that we were staying was spread over 2 floors and the view was just amazing with the shine of the sunset on the water of the lake feels like a great silk has been laid over it.

The villa was kept clean and well maintained. We were not bothered by anyone unless we require their service. Good nice place.

A clean, neat and easy on pocket place in Lavasa unlike the very expensive ones around. Served our needs very well. Al that we required was a good neat place and we got it complete with lines, soap, shampoo etc and on top it all a nice kitchenette too.

Great place in Lavasa although not written about to much

We had a great time at Jenjon in Lavasa. We stayed with them during Diwali time and took a 3-BHK bungalow for 8 of us. Very spacious and relaxed place. They handed over the place in impeccable condition complete with Linen, soap and shampoo etc. The place is indeed very well maintained and nicely located with good view of the lake. We had a nice little place outside the villa all for ourselves and did some barbeque there.

Their charges are like 3 star but the property is not maintained on-call Mr Raymond said its a new property he made lots of overcommitments, it was a waste of money .
Food was tasteless. lots of honeys inside the bunglow

Worst property

Dirty washrooms, Untidy rooms, Honeybee Hives making the window opening impossible, The care taker is only there to collect Money and handover the keys. They are least bothered about guests and their comfort or safety, despite charging more than a 3-star hotel
