The hotel is clean, nice, you have robes for the spa and towels. The breakfast was good, but it would be nice to have more variety if you stay more than one night. The rooms are not very big, but they have a big and comfortable bed. Also, in the room price is included the entrance at the aqua park.
The staff is very polite and you have parking space.

Nice place to stay

It's a very nice hotel placed in a quiet place. It's very closed to the Aquapark and the Zoo. We stayed at this hotel in March this year. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast was very good.  I do recommend this hotel.

A good trip

This hotel is perfectly located if you are there for bathing in the Aquapark. Tickets included in accommodation price. We were with our two little kids so we got a huge two-double-beds room and baby cot was added as well. No extra charges. Good breakfast, very close to Zoo. Don’t miss dinner at Colorado Steak House, they have really good steak and huge portions.

Perfect for weekend relaxation

In the best place if you want relaxation. Right near the bath, also close to an adventure park, to the lake, the zoo, and the big park. Cosy, but small rooms. Everything you need in the rooms, but poor maintenance. The breakfast is always the same, but it's very tasty and with enough variety, specially for the 3 star category. The towels, the sheets, the bathrobes was impecable, but the rooms was not clean enough. Dust everywhere, suspicios carpet. They don't clean the room in 4 days we stay there.

It could be good

At first there are pluses that are not many: own thermal pool, free access to the nearby thermal center; Breakfast as a 3 star is quite decent. However, more unpleasant: for 4 nights, no replacement of towels (and this in the thermal pool) and cleaning in the room - the smell of food waste in the trash can. Very interesting at check-out: I booked a booking through booking.kom and the price was registered at 236 euros, but I also received a receipt of 330 euros. I asked for some inaccuracies; I was given a foam amount without any apologies and a new receipt from which I would understand the euro to the forint (I'm not sure that the correct amount has been returned to me). In general, despite the beautiful nature, I will not come there anymore and I do not advise you.

I would not like to go there again

Worst hotel ever.  Rooms are very dark and dismal. Our room was very dusty and bedding filthy. The cleaning service non exixtant.  Fresh towels seem to be too precious to ask for and we also came across with a very rude receptionist.  The only thing going for it is the location and that’s it. Would I stay here again? NO NO NO!!!!!!

I was very satisfied with cleanliness, the bed was very comfortable. When I got there I received professional service. The breakfast was very tasty. Great stay, I would recommend the hotel. Great value for money.

Great hotel

On 05/10/2017 we were trying to spend one night in this place. Tempted by good reviews and quite an attractive price we saw on the web, we came directly to the reception around 18:30. We knew from a well-known hotel booking portal that there were several free rooms available. How surprised we were, when a young lady at the desk told us that they didn't have any room for us. It was just a lie.
We answered to the lady that we could see 4 or 5 free rooms on the web, so we would like to book one. She shrugged and said, rather not very politely, that OK, there is a room - and told us the price, which was... around 30% higher than the one presented on the web. What a shame.
Again, we asked why the price is so exorbitant and so different than that on the portal. The answer was really brilliant: "So, you can book your room through the web".
I have never met such a rude and unpleasant service in a place, which should be the most inviting to potential guests - especially that there were some other hotels nearby, and this was surely not a high season, not even the weekend.
We decided to let it go and we chose another hotel, where a very kind gentleman invited us politely and gave us all the information we needed - the service so contrasting with that presented by the young lady at Furdohaz.
Definitely, I hope that that was just an incident, and the hotel management will be able to make some corrections in their reception staff. I want to believe, that this was not the example of the hotel's real booking policy.
