Kalisti is one of the best in Skopelos, is veri close to sea and to the restaurats in Agnontas.
The owner is very warm guy and he will provide everything that you need for a good holiday.
The place is quiet and cozy. 

Best hotel very close to seaside 

Our staying in Skopelos island was one of the most beatiful vacations. This is also caused by our accomodation, Kallisti Seaside Studios - very clean, nice, wide, romantic, quite and compeletely new studio. The distance from Agnondas beach was 1 min, from Amarandos (Three trees from Mamma Mia movie) around 5-10 min, from Skopelos town around 10-15 min, and from Agios Ioannis church and Glossa around 45-60 min. Location of the studio was perfect for us, since the most beautiful beaches were very near by car, as well as Skopelos town. Communication with the host, Lampros Christinis, was perfect and kind and all the informations from him before our trip were correct. If you are looking some bad comments, we don't have it! :)

Everything in our studio was comfortable, nice and clean, and the owner is very helpful and accommodating. Village is very small, but that was great for us because it was very quiet at night. We had great time at Skopelos, the only problem we had there were wasps, but they are everywhere on the island.


We loved our stay at Kallisti

I'll split this into few categories:
- room, VERY clean. Also, the building is new. Simply furnished (bed, sofa, closet, etc.) with only useful pieces of furniture, nothing to take up space uselessly (like in so many hotel rooms). Everything works, daily room cleaning, provided for a good rest and we felt 'at home while being away'. We had no issues with hot water, cold water, power (by the way, there's no shortage of power outlets, you know what I mean). WiFi excellent. TV/AC. Property in general looks great, and you pay for what you get (not like other places with high prices for 'view' or 'pool' or 'beach' that turn out to be a ripoff).
- owner, Lampros, great guy! You'll get almost every info you need from him (speaks good English), he gave us his phone number and told us to ask him anything we want, we ended up chatting on Whatsapp a lot even after we left, he checked on us to see if we got home safely :) 
- access, very easy, and although close to the road it was very quiet (perhaps it was the end of the season, perhaps the other buildings shield it). the alley is quite narrow though, no problem for the usual rental cars (small ones).
- location, Agnondas is a small village in the SW of the island, with a few restaurants, small beach, a store just around the corner with basic amenities, everything within walking distance from Kallisti. Besides Agnondas beach, the closest one is Limnonari (20 min on foot). A trip to Skopelos town will take about 10 minutes by car (bus stop is also nearby). 
- ferry access, from Volos to Skopelos you have two choices: Glossa (Loutraki port, 25km away) or Skopelos port (8km). Sometimes the ferry might use Agnondas, due to bad weather (strong wind from the east), happened to us when leaving the island, but it is only an exceptional situation. Also, double check the ferry if you travel with a car (the FlyingDolphin and the FlyingCat don't carry vehicles). You can ask Lampros for help. And try to use the Hellenic Seaways website directly for the cheapest tickets. Note: some travel brokers will charge extra, usually all websites that show up in the first 3 pages of Google search when you search for "ferry tickets" are brokers, don't ask me how I know :)

Awesome!

Very clean and new! Wonderful place. Looks even better in reality than in pictures. 
Quality and tasteful furniture. You have all  you need in the room and in the kitchen. Spacious room. Every room has a terrace and a balcony. Garden. The best location I stayed in regarding cleanness and comfort (including the 5 stars hotels I stayed in). The owner a very kind and helpful person. Because there are studious it's a quiet accommodation. so you have all you need. I will come back here again for sure.
