Santellini Hotel

This is a fantastic hotel in the centre of Kamari, and other reviews have already perfectly described the wonderful staff, the great location, the incredible cleanliness, excellent Greek breakfast, home made foods, etc. etc. We would like to add that Martha, Olga and Anna added value to our holiday in so many ways, from arranging airport transfers, recommending restaurants, booking restaurants, arranging a Sunset Cruise, hiring a car, and even calling a winery to re-arrange a booking for us! Also, there were lots of little things, such as providing pool/beach towels (without a deposit), and we always felt that we could ask the staff for help, guidance and advice. They knew which cruise ships were in Fira on which days (so we could avoid busy times), and were great in advising on the weather and which days to walk (and where). We suggest you contact the hotel directly to book, as we found it very straightforward, and the prices were cheaper than going with TUI, etc.. - a win-win for both us and the hotel. We were in Room 306 (a Standard Triple) overlooking the pool. There are also Standard Doubles (overlooking the (quiet) street), Superior Doubles (pool facing), and Maisonettes (top floor pool facing, with a domed second level bedroom). In summary, a wonderful stay for us, and we would highly recommend it. Thank You !
