The apartment was very clean. It is cleaned every day. Bed linen and towels are changed every few days, and if necessary, they can be changed earlier. Everyone is very friendly. The location could not be better than it is, a few minutes to the beach and right next to the app there are markets, bakery, confectionery, restaurants... We are very satisfied. This is the second time we spend the summer in the same place

We did last minute booking based on reviews for this hotel and we were extremely impressed and happy that all reviews were 100% correct. 4 of us stayed at studio with loft. Beds are super clean and comfortable! Bathroom is VERY clean! Little kitchenette had all necessary supply for making light breakfast and lunch. Cleaning service came and did excellent job replacing towels and Making sure we have everything we need. The location is the best! You close to everything! I have nothing but excellent memories of this charming place! And patio! Yes patio super comfortable for enjoying yourself!

The best accommodation!

The Kripis Studio was excellent experience of stay at Pefkochori. Unexpected good was stay there. In the center of village and near to sea. Very clean and warm welcome by Abraam. Very good beds and bathroom. Super. I stay there again without any thinking.

Great location, staff and rooms. All you need is just nearby. Staff is very friendly and help to solve all issues even not related to hotel (i.e. find good parking).
We would definitely stay there again if travelling to Pefkohori,

Great place for family stay

We’ve booked at Kripis Studios in Peukohori for three nights. The studio is perfectly located in the heart of Peukohori, nearby you can find anything you need. Restaurants, bakery, bars and of course beach for swimming. Our host Avraam was very kind and helpful. Air conditioning, tv and WiFi all worked well during our stay. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice balcony and a safe. 
Only three small remarks for details that need to be fixed:
1. One out of two balcony doors wouldn’t lock(balcony was accessible by foot - so we always had to shut the shutters to keep the studio locked when away)
2. Shower cabin had a broken door knob
3. Toilet seat was in a bad condition and needed replacement

Very nice studio, central location and kind host

Family with 2 kids (from Roumania). Were booked in apartment no. 2, with split level. I didn't take pictures of the room because the photos on Kripis site corespond with reality. 

The location is very good. It's in the center of Pefkohori, surrounded by restaurants, stores, market, etc. A little bit loud in the evening, but it's OK. Close to the beach, like 50 m. (The beach has sand but at the entrance in water has pebbles). 

The room is spacious , clean, the kitchen has all you need. The furniture is new. Downstairs is a double bed, upstairs there are 2 single beds. The bathroom is not too big but it's enough. The balcony of this room is big, with street view. The room has air conditioning, mosquitoes net, TV with Netflix. 
 They clean the room everyday, and change the towels only if you let them on the green chair in the bathroom.

Breakfast it's OK. It's the same everyday but this won't be a problem. Take a plate from your room, choose what you want to eat, go to your room and enjoy the breakfast  on your balcony :) 

Kripis Hotel don't have a parking space close to the hotel. You park anywhere you find a place, but be careful. 
Anyhow, Kripis has arranged a private parking lot, with fence and light. But you have to know that it's far away from the hotel,like 800 m. We were the only ones from hotel that park there for few days. :) I try to attach photos with the parking. 

The sttuf, Eleni and Alex are very friendly. They will help you whenever you need. 
I corresponded by mail with Olga. Everytime I asked for any informations or had some problems, she answered me back in short time. She really is doing her job and I tell you that I haven't seen this great attitude at other places and hotels.

Very good 

The studio is big enough for a family with two children. It is perfectly situated in the city centre, 5 minutes from the beach. In the evenings you have to accept a certain level noise which is logic due to its location (for us totally okay). Yet the furnishings & facilities are very simple and old: not enough room for storing clothes, the bed moves as soon as one person turns and very thin walls (we could hear our neighbours on the toilet). The bath is tiny and old: we could hardly move in the shower, the tile joints and the shower enclosure were old and dirty so that we did not feel comfortable. The toilet lid was too small so that we were sitting on the wc edge. There is very few attention to details: the plugs in the sleeping room are situated behind the bed so that our child (2,5 years) always wanted to play with them. Furthermore we found cigarette ends of previous guests in the flower box on the balcony. These were only removed on the last day (we stayed for two weeks) even though we claimed it within the first days. We paid 125 € per night during high season (August) which from our point of view was far too expensive. Thus the price-quality ratio was very poor. A price of max. 80 € would have been acceptable. We would definitely not book it again, even at a lower price.

Spacious yet simple studio in perfect location

Excellent host, great room! Nice balcony, Super clean! Big and nice place, two floor! Great and friendly stuff! The only thing was about the parking place that was some kind of away, but anyway i would suggest the place!
