Great location near water falls and very short walk through old town. Breakfast menu to die for. Rooms terrific and lovely court yard. Staff very friendly and helpful - free map provided. Fresh orange juice and some home made produce. Book this one with confidence.

I do not know why they call it a SPA. Nevertheless, it is a fine establishment, a short walk from the center of the town.
The people there are very friendly and available, and know how to make a descent coffee.
The room was spacious, clean, and nice. No real view from the second floor window though. The relatively old tv set with the sticky remote was a cacophony, but since I was not there for watching tv I did not mind. 
The room was really warm and the available duvet was so thick that you did not even need the heating while you slept.
But then you go to the spacious bathroom. It was cold. I mean really, the temperature difference was significant. Still, if you left the door open then the heat of the bedroom warmed the bathroom. It was clean, offered all the necessary amenities. But there was no bath mat, so visitors should be careful will taking a bath. 
The breakfast was OK. Nothing special but still there were choices and it was plentiful enough. The coffee was really bad, but there was tea, orange juice etc.
All in all, for one night and for the money they were asking it was a good experience.

Old style but beautiful

A good place to stay, although there are minor issues to deal with

We were four people so we asked for a four-bedroom room and we were faced with a very small two-bedroom room that had one exra ranch bed and one small regular, resulting to having little to no space for our baggages and personal things. All in all, the only good thing that it is close to the city, the bars and the cafés.

Problematical

We visited Hagiati because of the location. It is very near the center of the city which is convenient. Regarding the quality of the room though l, we were really disappointed.
- No soundproof room
- Very basic one
- Very basic breakfast
- Windows with no good shade which waked us early in the morning.

Could find definitely something better with this money. 

Not value for money

We booked this hotel for 3 nights because the hotel management didn't accept reservations for less than 3 nights. The personnel is very polite and helpful. But it is just a basic hotel. The room was clean but the bathroom had open sinkholes and the bath tab had black signs. Moreover, the breakfast was poor while cruisants and cheesepie where less cooked. Of course the location of the hotel is perfect since it is very close to the city center.

Overpriced!

We booked 2 rooms at Hagiati for a special occasion, we were given a nice but small room instead of a suit as promised (word of advice get everything in writing from them). Our second room was a attic type room that had a window on the ceiling right above our bed!!!! The window did have a roller blind that did absolutely nothing and let all the sunlight and heat in the room. After speaking to a lady at front desk she suggest we put a towel over the window, well that did nothing either. We were then made to feel that we were acting like fussy ungrateful guests and were told no other suitable rooms were available. We were not looked after at all the lady that worked at the hotel did not care about our concerns what so ever and showed no remorse for their stuff up. After being treated like we didn't matter we decided to book another newer hotel with much better décor and better location for the same rate and leave Hagiati.
Would not recommend staying at this hotel, much better hotels available nearby with staff that have a better attitude and professionalism. I'll spend my money elsewhere thanks.
