I come already for years at Dimitra and every time I love it there.  It’s clean, quite and close  to everything. The apartment is spacious and very clean. 
I recommend to rent a car though to see more of the beautiful island!

This was our first time to Corfu and this was one of only a few Greek islands that was not under Quarantine rules when we returned to the UK.
Dimitra the owner was so welcoming and look after our every need. We were able to upgrade from a studio to an apartment as some apartments were fortunately available when we arrived. We met Dimitra on our 2nd day as we arrived later than expected from the airport on our 1st day..
The bedrooms were spacious, the bathroom modern and the balcony secluded and ideal for that evening G & T(or two....) The swimming pool was clean and of a good size and the sun beds plentiful. Margareta was always around if we needed drinks by the pool. The location of the apartment meant you could walk into Gouvia very quickly and we found some lovely restaurants offering authentic Greek food. We will be returning next year definitely. I booked Dimitra apartments as a guest & left a friend. 
I was recommended these apartments by Sunsports travel in Corfu. 
I could not of been happier with our choice. 
I booked for my Birthday & wanted to be close to Corfu Town & still have a resort you go into if needed. 
I wanted quiet , clean spacious apartments & that’s exactly what we received .

Dimitra met us at the apartments. We had a late flight. She was so friendly from the start. 
We had a two bedroom apartment. It was very spacious & clean. 
Everything needed for a great stay. We had Two large bedrooms , kitchen , bathroom. A balcony at the front & back.
I suffer with insomnia & wanted to make sure it was a quiet location. It was.

You only have to walk ten minutes into the resort of Gouvia. You’ll find bars, restaurants & shops. 

There’s a supermarket at the end of the road. Maria’s supermarket. She’s so friendly & helpful. Fresh bread everyday . You’ll find fruit & all that you need.

Margarita was so helpful, she was around all day & anything you wanted she would help with. She’s so friendly & always has a smile. 

Dimitra the owner of the apartments was really lovely. She knew it was my Birthday and came special to bring me a Birthday gift. I was so touched.
She also came to see me off in the taxi on out last day. 

The pool is lovely and clean with plenty of sun beds. 

I will definitely be returning.

We found ourselves back in Gouvia, 8 weeks after our first stay, we have a teenager slowly recovering from Glandular Fever and wanted a break where he could chill and do lots of swimming.   We had looked at where we stayed it was just too expensive for three of us.  We chanced upon Dimitra Apartments on Booking.com and we a little wary based on the feedback but really enjoyed our stay, so much so it would be first on our list when we return to Gouvia.    We had the pool to ourselves mostly for the first few days but even when it was busier there was plenty of sunbeds etc. The resort was quiet, it is across the road from the Village, which suited us.  1 minute to a mini-market and 2 minutes to the bus stop to Corfu Town (20 minutes) or Dasia/Ipos (10ish minutes). We didn't hire a car and got the bus to the resort and a Taxi to the Airport. The village is 5 minutes away as is a large supermarket.   We had a two bedroom appartment which was spotless and had everything we needed for our 8 day stay.   The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just had a week in these apartments.  We had a studio which was adequate for the 2 of us.  Small cooking area can’t really say it’s a kitchen but had a 2 ring/oven grill and pans, pots, cutlery which was fine as we only did toast and eggs in a morning.  It was really quiet in fact at one point there was only us and 1 other person staying there.  Met the owner Dimitra a couple of times very nice lady.  Margarita who looks after the apartments was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us even making us cups of tea/coffee whilst we were sat round the pool.  The studios are a little dated but kept very clean.  Margarita informed us they are to be refurbished once they close for the season, the apartments had already been refurbished and Margarita showed us round one - they are lovely.
The location of the apartments is great near enough to the bars and restaurants but far enough from the main road that you don’t hear any traffic noise.  Can catch the bus to Corfu town just bear the supermarket which is about 2/3 min walk Many people return to these apartments time and again and I can see why - we will certainly be back.
