I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is! We've just returned from a week break, our first in 20 years without the children. The hotel is fantastically placed - just 20 mins transfer from the airport which is super - and right on the beach. Amazing views from the poolside, and nicely situated just off the main street in Lassi, so easy to get to everything - good supermarkets about 5 minutes walk either way, and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. The hotel itself is great. Staff are polite and calm, from the restaurant team to the housekeeping, to reception. There's a small shop on site, which is useful, and a lift directly down to the beach for anyone who needs access. The food is excellent - we went half board, and there were very good options for both breakfast (cooked, Greek, continental, fruit, yoghurt etc), and supper (2 soup options, salads, meat and vegetarian dishes, puddings). In the evening they show you to your table which is a nice touch, and you can put drinks on the room tab (and ask them to put your unfinished wine in the fridge for the next evening!) The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and we appreciated the rugs by the bed which is something you don't usually get in Greece, but made it nice and cosy! Air conditioning is included, as are dressing gowns, slippers, and beach towels. There's a member of staff by the pool every morning who very courteously removes and folds your towels if you put them down to save beds and then wander off! Super. The beach bar (run by the hotel) is also fantastic, and the beach is small but sandy - and beds were usually available if you were down by 9am. We did two trips with KCG who have an office on the road up from the hotel - very well priced and extremely good. We also took a bus into Argostoli (2 euros), and taxied back (8 euros). A really really super trip away. We loved it!
