My wife and I stayed here with another couple. The units are beautiful and roomy, but there are some basic problems. First of all, the two bedrooms upstairs have no doors and the stair leading to them is very noisy. Also, the ceiling is very low. I couldn't stand up in the bedrooms.  
In addition, they advertise free parking, but when you get there they say that they mean you can park on the street.  
Lastly we had asked to check in early. They said to see beforehand if the room was ready. We called before coming and they said "Come". The room was not ready and we had to wait. Couldn't they just have said to come later?

Wonderful . . . when you're awake and sitting

The hotel is very close to fira ( capital of the island ) and easy to find it. 
You need only 2mins by car/bike to Fira or 15mins away on foot. 
Close to the hotel ( 5mins walk) you can find atm, super market, 24h bakery and some traditional coffee shops & restaurants. The room was very clean, bright and spacious . We took the 2floor room (room No.9) and it was just amazing. On the first floor was the living room/kitchen and the bathroom and on the second floor was the bedroom with a double king size bed. It looked like it was recently renovated. 
The stuff was very friendly and ready to provide any assistance at any time. 
The exterior was very nice.Every room has it s own small balcony and the garden was open at all times for you to relax. 
If you stay away till early morning you can enjoy marvelous sunrise view from the balcony.

Last but not the leaste, If you need it, the hotel provide rent a car/bike services and daily tours information. 

I suggest it.

Very good choice !! Value for money!

I spent 3 nights in this amazing one bedroom house.  
They tidied up the room every day, the rooms and bathroom were spotless. 
Reception was very nice, the guy was polite and keen to explain everything. We were given 2 maps and all the instructions needed to get around the island.
I would definitely go back to wisteria apartments.

Good value for money

We stayed here for one night on the way to another island: a couple with two kids aged 10 and 11. Our apartment was a great size with a kitchenette, large balcony and two bedrooms in the attic. There is air conditioning and the place was clean. My main comment is that the apartments are located on a side road and it is a ten minute walk uphill to get to even the nearest shop or place to eat. It’s in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Great if you have a car but not so good if you don’t as you have to buy water etc. 

Lovely place but not great location

These are lovely clean modern apartments you could not fail to like them. We were picked up by Nikoli at the airport and when we arrived and were shown our apartment we were shown were everything was and Nickoli said some have this some have that you ask I will give it . I asked for a toaster he did not understand but showed me a sandwich maker which was not very clean so I just said ok . The following day he very kindly took us to the chemist as my husband had left his blood pressure pill at home and then to the super market for some water.  We were told to ring him if we needed anything or to go any where kindness itself.  We had no tin opener so we asked for one and nikoli pointed to the bread knife to open it with. Little things but we always make the best of what you have got.  We were the only people there at the time and I cant understand why he put us right next to a room where they were drilling the plaster off the ajoining wall all day Sunday and part of Monday. We had a lovely veranda a little sun trap but when I looked over the wall there was a chicken coup and turkeys  every morning at 4 am the rooster would crow and the tukeys would gobble but eventually after a week they stopped making their racket but that old rooster kept crowing. in the grounds there was a ladder leading to some waste land and a lovely huskey type dog was chained up in a large cage affair which was full of faeces so we were plagued with flies and blue bottles so we never used the veranda one night we killed 18 flies before we could go to bed. I do not know if these fowl and dog belonged to Wisteria apartments but it was not very pleasant for us to be around .We arrived on Saturday night and no one came to clean the apartment until Thursday by then we had emptied our bins every day and bought our own toilet rolls . From then on we were cleaned every day towels changed every day and every thing was fine other guest came and went until we were the only ones left again. O n the day we were leaving we were asked when we had to be at the  airport as there son would take us which he duly did and would take nothing off us   We went earlier than we wanted as they had started drilling the wall again and we could not hear ourselves speaking to each other.  I feel these apartments are to far off the main road it was a good half mile walk uphill to the main road and  we were shattered .  I wish some one on their review  would have commented on this long walk. Not every body drives and we are to old for quad bikes being 67 and 72 respectfully..  We are not afraid of walking I cringe when I hear people say how far the walk is from here to there and I think no way we do that walk all the time . But uphill is a different thing we would then walk on to Thira not a problem on the flat . So just a few little improvements here and there and these would be a little gem of a place to stay but not for the elderly who don't drive . Loved the family so simple and friendly.

nice little apartment

Beautiful spacious two room apartment not far away fr Fira town. Affordable . Unique low dome shaped roof bedrooms upstairs. The kids sure love them. Quiet non touristic suburb location within 20 min walking distance to Fira. Ample parking lot. Ideal apartment if u have your own car. Very helpful owner. Came to fetch us in the airport even we did request it. Very good fast wifi in the room.
