Villa Anastasia

Villa Anastasia is the best place for peaceful and relaxing vacation. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and our balcony was beautiful with a great view of the beach which is only 100 meters away. The kitchen had everything you need if you want to prepare your own meal. Everything there was so clean and tidy even the back yard and the parking area.The owners and all the members of the stuff are very kind and friendly and make you feel so welcome.Congrats Sakis !!! Keep up the excellent work ! We will sure see you again. Thank you for everything.

Very clean and spacious rooms! Our room, even was a double, has a third bed sepparately, so you can use as a double or a triple one. Large balcony. We had some friends who rented an two-rooms apartment, and they had a spaceous living and two huge terraces (it was at second floor). So, in the evening we could had dinner ten-twelve persons only using one terrace!
Very kind hosts, even they didn't all speak english (only one of them spoke). Quiet location, 10-15 minutes from center (but you could find few restaurants at 5-10 minutes from vila). Amazing sea-view sunsets!

Great hosts as always, great view from the balcony (to the sea or to the mountains or both) the rooms have their own charm (but with modern furnish), great for families  or couples.
Is near the beach, on the beach you can mae kite boarding or surf paddel.
Cloase to the road so you can go to the monasteries fast.....
 If you want to go in a quiet place and still have some fun this is the perfect place.

We rented four apartments and we were all happy with amenities. All clean and quiet. Hosts are absolutely nice , even if only one of them speaks English. I recommend  that place for great value/price ratio.

This is the best place to spend a few days in the beautiful Pefki of Evia. Here you will enjoy the big, modern, clean rooms with a stunning view to the sea. You're only a few steps far from the beach. So if you're looking for accomodation, this the perfect solution.
