I was worried about the reviews, it turned out to be a good structure, great for kids who are going to spend a little time in the room. It has a functional cooking angle and there are basic tools. The only problem is the shower, because to wash you feed the whole bathroom. The cleaning lady comes every morning, so you can't say the structure is dirty. As for the pool: beautiful, clean and high. It's a shame that there are many insects around.

The disclosure

I want to sum it up in one simple sentence: what a mess! unqualifiable. Old structure, pool full of bees that don't let you bathe, beds (smelly and dusty) and towels (broken and stained) are changed only once a week, when you shower all the water accumulates on the floor, the bathroom is dirty and without even a toilet seat, the air conditioning area is paid. The staff is practically represented by an elderly lady who doesn't want to know anything about it, she just changes the bags. In that structure, we don't even talk to the worst of them. Only my enemy is sent to vomit.

I strongly discourage it!!!

nice accommodation near the sea with  a perfect pool and nice garden.  Clean appartments with a lot of restaurants and bars around but also quite. Perfect for relaxing and having good time with friends.

We stayed in Konstantinos Apartments for a week. The rooms were clean, beautiful garden to relax and a large swimming pool. These apartments are close to center of Ipsos where there are many bars and restaurants and supermarkets.

Great place to stay

If you wait a whole year to enjoy the well-deserved rest on vacation, avoid this place horribly!!! Very dirty, full of spiders, mud, etc. Good linen and towels just to get sick (Luckily we had ours). We spent our days washing and cleaning other than relaxing. If we could give ourselves less than zero stars I would! Never again in life!

The worst place I've ever stayed!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this studio for 7 days, I gave 1 because I couldn't give. What a horrible place, at our entrance we found dirty sheets, bathroom sink completely dirty with stained hair and idem regarding the shower dish, very dirty ovens and I'm not even saying how dirty the pots and all the kitchen utensils were, towels completely stained with black and not to end up all accompanied by a terrible smell. At the entrance we found on the floor animal excrement with these spicy spaghetti that were there for how many months and pieces of waste and shapes everywhere, the risklessness of washing the toilet was impossible and the paper was impossible to clean, so things couldn't escape inside the room in the daytime, but the price of the toilet was never changed, so much so that we could not use it every time.

A place to be avoided

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 days and what can I say... when we arrived, the shower was dirty, full of dust and hair, so small that you can't move and there's no hot water; the mattress covers were stained; among the pseudo-clean sheets we found ants (dead); light from the kitchen and balcony flashed; in the pool it's obvious that the water purification system doesn't work at its best; at night it's impossible to sleep because of mosquitoes and the guys coming out of the clubs and with the motorbikes ringing the bells as if they were just themselves... in short, a living room that's uncomfortable to say would be to use a euphemism!!

A Terrible Experience

We stayed in Kostantinos for seven days and I must say we were really good, very clean and friendly tour operator assistants, ready to give any support you need, like feeling at home, out of the Ipsos noise but two steps away and strategic x who wants to visit the beauty of the island day after day, basic but clean rooms.

Optimal accommodation

I have no words to describe the crap and I can't imagine how eden can screw up so badly the poor poor people who find this apartment overcrowded. Escape while you're on time Kitchen persistent bathroom a shade the boiler is in the shower and we smell of you don't know what and living rooms but clearly not clean. On the street it seems to be at war until five in the morning.

It's really silly!

We're amazed that Eden takes care of these accommodations. It's a comfortable location for both the evening and the day but the house is sluggish: a useless kitchen located in a hallway, where it's impossible to eat or cook; a terrible bathroom where everything is powered up and it's impossible to take a decent shower (the boiler is above the shower and the curtain is so short that all the water comes out).
