You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Please note that check in outside the normal check-in times is possible for a EUR 15 fee. The following services are available: - a travel cot (without bed linen) for EUR 7.50 per stay - a high chair for EUR 7.50 per stay - sledge hire for EUR 5 per day - bread service for EUR 3.50 per day/per person (costs more outside Braunlage), only bookable for the whole stay and for all guests - fridge filled with milk, water, lemonade, coffee, toast, butter, jam and a small selection of meats and cheese for EUR 25 for 2 people, and EUR 7.50 for each additional guest. A towel and linen package can be booked for EUR 16.50 per person. Please note that dogs are allowed upon request for EUR 25 for the first dog per stay. The second dog costs EUR 15 per stay and the third dog is free. Please ask if the apartment is big enough for more than one dog. Please note that local payment is only possible in cash.
