Best Western Hotel Augusta 

I stayed with family ( 2A 2 teens) at this hotel for 1 night in october as we were on a "romantic" road drive. I had booked a family room so we had 4 single beds. The room was HUGE. tons of space as you can see from the pictures. A small seating area but the sofa looks really old and I actually wonder how clean the upholstery is. As for the rest of the room, it's more or less clean , bathroom is decent. I can't ask for anything more from a best western for a 1 night stay. I didn't opt for breakfast so I can't comment on that. However I needed parking for 1 night which cost EUR15. There are only 5 spaces in front of the hotel. If there is none when you arrive ( if you drive) then you need to park at the indoor garage that is behind the hotel. Thankfully I found the last lot when I Drove in at about 4pm on a weekday. Reception was friendly and processed the check in really quick as everything was already prepaid. Parking is paid on check out. A non eventful stay which is what I need. Location wise it's pretty good. Augsburg CAthedral very very nearby. The MArket is opposite the hotel. NEXT to the hotel is a supermarket so if you're really hungry you can get stuff at the supermarket to eat. Opposite the road is a Coffee Fellows and a pastry shop called : Bäckerei CUMPANUM Augsburg Annastraße - André Heuck. there are other shops around. This hotel is just nice for a 1 or 2 nights stay if one needs a rest stop when driving to see small towns and castles so yes I recommend this place.
