Shaun is such a good member of staff! He makes everyone feel welcome and always going out of his way to please people! I would recommend hostel to all it friends!!
I came alone and met everyone at the hostel and everyone is amazingly friendly, I hope shaun stays for a while

This hostel is so perfect. The location is convenient. Very close to everything you need.
Breakfast is included. Amazing staff. I stayed for two nights and will definitely stay again on my next visit in Tbilisi. I absolutely recommend Marco Polo hostel. Good value for the money.

Booked a night to stay at Marco Polo hostel for a night before and for a night post two weeks of hiking in Tusheti. The morning we were leaving, we were eating breakfast with two other travelers and told them about a frustrating experience we had with a climbing company. As we were getting ready to leave for two weeks of hiking, we were packing our bags that the owner said we could keep at the hostel until we got back. 

The hostel owner came up to us and told us we couldn’t come back because we had been complaining about how she wasn’t helpful. None of this was true. She had been eavesdropping on our conversation over breakfast and completely misunderstood our English. We told her she misunderstood us but instead of admitting her mistake, and acknowledging she was wrong, she told us we had to go, despite having nowhere else to leave our bags for two weeks. 

Moreover, this woman claimed she has NEVER had to ask a traveler to leave. Clearly this isn’t true given another trip advisor story from October 2017 where this woman did the exact same thing to someone else. We have traveled all over the world and like the similar post from October 2017, we have never had an experience like this. 

This woman is clearly paranoid and mentally unstable.

Initially stayed for 3 nights before going to Kazbegi.
A really warm, friendly and accommodating hostel. Thoroughly enjoyed talking with Andrew and Mina who own the hostel, and Adam from Uzbekistan is just as interesting. 
Was made to feel welcome and comfortable, great location with 24hr convenience stores and restaurants literally next door. 

Fantastic value for money. 

Super easy to get into main section, it's on the main road so a breeze to catch a cab/Yandex to or from. Highly recommend. 

I enjoyed myself so much I stayed a further 3 nights after my Kazbegi trip. Unfortunately had to spend 2 nights in Artemis Hostel (Marco Polo was booked out) which whilst in centre of old town, does not hold up against Marco Polo. So would highly recommend avoiding Artemis if you're unable to get Marco Polo! 

Really enjoyed myself again at Marco Polo. The care and pride they have in their hostel shows and I think it what makes it a top hostel... Plus it's great location, price and information for guests.

Warm, friendly, uber convenient, value for money and perfect location

This hostel is one of the best I've stayed in. The hosts as well as overnight staff are very friendly and helpful, providing both help and useful tips on discovering Tbilisi.

Wi-Fi is OK, the kitchen provides everything needed if you want to cook for yourself. The hostel is located in the center street of Tbilisi, so you could reach any tourist destination by feet with no problems. 

Cozy and friendly hostel in the very center of Tbilisi

I was travelling solo and was last minute so decided to book the hostel with the best review on the island. I was not disappointed. It's very clean, modern and comfortable. You can really feel good there! The staff is adorable, always trying to help. Marie, a French intern there was particularly very helpful!
The only downside for me was the location as it's in the busiest area of st Julian's /malte where people go to drink and party. But even that, you don't hear the noise from outside so Marco polo hostel can fit all travellers' expectations.
The owner is also really friendly (he's often there with his dog). When I was there he organised a beach clean up day, which I found amazing!
I definitely recommend this place if you want to stay in Malta!

The hostel hosts are really friendly and helpful, so thats the perfect place to start your trip through Georgia. Also the rooms are clean, but not really spacious and quite dark. The shower and toilet are also very clean. A minus is for the breakfast, cause we experienced soo good breakfast during our trip in Georgia and the one in this hostel was just ok.

A good place to arrive at in Georgia

The owners - Andrew and Nina - were absolutely brilliant before and during my stay. Their flexibility was fantastic in working in with me (a cancelled flight changed my dates before arrival) and nothing ever seemed too hard for them, with a local knowledge that is as strong as anyone I've come across in my stays throughout the world - they get asked a lot of questions about Georgia and pretty much know all the answers :)

The hostel itself is simple and compact, but with everything you need. The smallness lends itself well to the dozen or so guests getting to know each other well, a nice social environment. A quality 24-hour supermarket across the road is also a bonus in a central, convenient location. Definitely recommend.

Great owners make this a really nice stay in Tbilisi

I came to Tbilisi recently as a traveller on a long overland trip and partly due to the wonderful experiences I had at this hostel I have ended up coming back to stay in the city for a while. As soon as I arrived I was made to feel extremely welcome by Andrew and Mina as well as Adam who are all very hospitable and genuinely care about those staying at the hostel. They are very knowledgeable about the city and country and helped me to plan the details of my stay in Georgia. The hostel is kept very clean which is very important for me but also has a great sociable atmosphere and it is really easy to meet lots of interesting people whether just to chat or go out with. Breakfast is included and the hot, powerful shower is most welcome after being up in the mountains. As they are on the main street the airport bus, Metro, supermarket, bakery, atm, restaurants all are within a couple of minutes walk. I loved my stay here, thanks so much for everything

A true travellers hostel and my home away from home

This is an excellent hostel. It ticks the most important criteria. Very reasonably priced for the quality and standards and kind and helpful staff who are knowledgeable about the area. 

The hostel has a small cozy feel, and is in great location. The airport bus (number 37) stops 100 metres from the door.  The toilets and showers were very clean, the internet worked perfectly. We stayed in a private room which was nicely decorated and comfortable. Although they provided additional blankets for extra warmth, a small suggestion would be to provide a duvet, as it makes it a bit more comfortable.

 Check in and check out procedures were straight forward. 

The best attribute was the staff. They were all really friendly and interesting to talk to.  They gave good suggestions of places to eat and visit around Tbilisi, and how it would be best to get them.
