In regards to the way hotels are here this has to be the nicest, amazing warm people who do their best to answer any questions you have in english. They will arrange a taxi for you wherever you go, its always been the same driver for us so its always made the journeys more comfortable, the driver is lovely and trys his best to show u everywhere even if you are just going to town the the hotel a trip from the hotel to the centre and back is 10 GEL so really cheap. The staff here are amazing and polite, the person on the front desk will always stand up when they speak to you, they are always friendly and bend over backwards for you. The people are the ones who make the place feel warm and welcoming. Rooms are massive and clean, breakfast is good with a few choices when is all delivered to the table, plenty of tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Georgia.
