Checking in.?Manager? helped us with the luggage, which was positive because our room No. 31 was on 4th floor, no lift. 
Got a bottle of house wine for free, no cork screw, no glasses to drink it... So we left it in the room... 
The building seemed to have been renovated or build by non-experts. Paint and mortar residues everywhere.
Door locks were hardly working. 
The very small room was not cleaned well, we wiped the floor with a tissue and it was fully covered with black hair! 
The bathroom smelled disgusting from human excrements through the sewers of the shower and the sink most of the time.
If we wanted to use it we had to rush in, turn the water on, rush out and wait until the smell was reduced...
Breakfast was simple but edible, the instant coffee seemed to be the cheapest brand and was not tasty at all. 
Very loud music made it hard to communicate, so we took our breakfast outside...
WiFi was very poor, my tests at all day and night showed 3-8 MBit down and 0.3-4 MBit up with an average ping of 70-120 ms, interrupted with time outs every 1-2 minutes. 
No information whatsoever was given, neither the manager nor the staff were able to speak English nor willing to communicate or be of any help.
If addressed, the staff was unfriendly.
Also the manager was mostly not present. When he was there, it seemed to us he loves TikTok very much, because he was always looking at his smartphone. 
We did not feel welcome and noticed no Georgian hospitality!

What a bad experience

This is a great hotel, if I could give it 10 stars i would. Great people, family people. Ajarian cuisine, beautiful large pool, with a bar great music and the pool is open all the time. We checked in at midnight and we used the pool. The black sea is across the beach, but you don't have to leav this place, it has everything. We stayed 5 nights.
