Room was clean but no wash cloths. Nice view from 2nd floor balcony (floors start at 0) Big enough for one person. Bathroom was tight. No complaints just observations. I would stay here again. I went to explore the area after checkin. After a few blocks I was crossing the River Seine and looking up at Notre Dame. A few more blocks and I could see The Eiffel Tower in the distance and the Louvre.

Very clean in great location

It is the best kept secret in Paris , rooms wonderful i stayed on top with a spectacular view of Rue de Rivoli only one problem there is no lift so if you are fit and athletic perfect otherwise get a room as low as you can . Will definitlely be back again

Central Paris Chic

Perfect place for my needs. I had a late night flight out of Paris, and needed some good exercise. The location is excellent, quite near an RER station and very near Le Marais for eating and drinking. The staff are wonderfully helpful and accommodating with what is available to them. There are no lifts, so my room on the 6th floor provided that much needed exercise.

Convenient and reasonably priced

The most amazing hidden gem right in walking distance to the entire paris , no lift but good exercise going up the stairs , rooms 100 % neat , tidy and clean . Right on Rue de Rivoli in the LVMH Marais area , cannot get better and very well priced .xxxxx

Best secret accommodation in Paris 

As stated in the title, the service is awesome - everybody is polite, friendly and attentive.  I doubt you can find a better location, close to everything - shopping, transportation, restaurants.  The hot tub was nice, breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the bar and Amila and his mojito were just great.  The family room left something to be desired.  The pictures on the website in no way reflect the reality of this particular suite.  It has 1 1/2 bathrooms, which was nice, but the extra “beds”/pull out sofa’s downstairs were not nice.  My two daughters and I slept in the king size bed upstairs - yes, a flight of stairs, so not great for people who are not so mobile. The maid service was excellent for the most part, my biggest concern was the very noticeable mold in one of the bathrooms, which was not cleaned for the duration of our stay.  Gross!  All in all, I would stay here again if I was given a nicer room.

Excellent Service, Location & Amenities, Room Mediocre

This is a nice little hotel in a great location a block or so from Hotel de Ville. The room was very basic but comfortable and well take care of. My room was on the 5th Floor and there's no elevator so I thought twice before heading back to the room! The positives far outweighed the negatives. Wifi was not perfect but worked enough for my needs with a few moments of frustration...Recommend to the right people!

Great location, nice folks, can be a hike

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Basic and very clean. The car park over the road (although at a fee) was very useful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 
Comfortable bed. And the windows shut out a lot of noise. Unfortunately the room we were in did not have air conditioning, so it was a little too warm. Also no breakfast option, as yet.
Highly recommend for a quick, affordable stay

Clean, comfortable, and friendly

Fantastic location, only a 2 min walk to the nearest Metro, and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few steps of the hotel. The lady on reception (I think she was the owner) was very friendly and welcoming, and immediately resolved an issue I had regarding housekeeping. I was given a single room on the third floor which had a lovely street view along Rue de Rivoli, with Tour Saint-Jacques in the distance. Although the room was very basic (just a bed, a narrow cupboard/wardrobe, and a table and chair - no TV, or other amenities), it had everything I needed for a short break and the double bed was very comfortable. 
Only one negative - the daily housekeeping only consisted of the bed being made and emptying of the rubbish bin, they didn't change the bed sheets or the towels, or clean the bathroom, despite me being there for a three night stay. Each morning when I left my used towels on the bathroom floor to be replaced with fresh ones, they were just hung back up over the shower, still wet and dirty. On each occasion I had to ask the lady on reception if I could have replacements when I returned to the hotel in the evening. This was just a small issue though, it didn't really detract from the positives of this wonderful little hotel. I would definitely stay here again for a short break.

Great location and friendly host!

The location is perfect, there is a good walking distance to mostly everything. The room was clean and nice, decent furniture and good lightning. Bathroom was clean and everything worked perfect. The view from 5th floor is absolut fantastic. The hotel room is not sound proof and is close to a Main Street with a lot of car sound, and not to forget the bell sound from the church. The food smell that comes from the restaurant below, can be annoying at times. If all these doesn’t annoys you then it’s a very good hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the old madam who works in the reception is funny :). I would definitely come back again.

Amazing location

Borderline 3 and 4. Would give a 4 if they equipped the rooms with some more basic things, like something to hold toilet paper, hooks for towels, trash can in the sleeping room, hair dryer. Overall great staff that has been helpful during each of my stay, and the location can't be beat. No elevators and small stairs, so be wary of you're bringing heavy luggage or are larger. Small rooms, so same tip for your private space. Clean and does the job overall. You wanna be spending most of the time outside rather than in the quarters anyway.
