Le Petit Manoir de la Vernelle

My family and I visited this little slice of heaven in early September in celebration of my mother’s 70th birthday. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue! The property is just delightful! The rooms are bright with lots of natural light and very clean. We felt right at home. The grounds are just breathtaking with great views across the countryside, especially from the games barn. We absolutely loved the animals and taking walks around the gardens and vegetable patch. The hosts were just perfect! So friendly and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible. We enjoyed typically French breakfasts with croissants and baguette. There was a wide range of cereals and conserves to choose from. We also enjoyed Delicious eggs that the chickens had laid fresh that morning. We loved pizza night with home-made pizzas that my son enjoyed helping to make and also a Tapas evening. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed eating outside and then visiting the games barn to play games in. The area is full of very interesting and exciting places to visit. We really made the most of our four days in this lovely area of France. Thank you to Stephane and Fabien for making our stay a remarkable one that my family will remember forever! WE WILL BE BACK!
