We stayed at Lautre Maison for 2 nights I September. It was perfect, great rooms, great breakfasts and perfect position. The rooms are very well presented and carefully decorated. The owner Audrey was very helpful and friendly. When we return to Honfleur we will definitely stay here again.

The perfect place to stay to see Honfleur

We spent one night in this lovely B&B.  The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, with easy access to the comfortable living room and lovely garden.  Audrey is a wonderful hostess...responsive, informative and an interesting conversationalist.  We were able to park our car directly behind the house, within a short walk from the old town harbor.  On Audrey's recommendation, we had dinner at L'Autre Hamelin, a lovely restaurant a block or two away from the touristy restaurants ringing the harbor, where we had one of the best meals of our entire vacation!

Perfect spot in Honfleur

I spent at 2 nights a L'Autre Maison recently with my mother where we had 2 wonderful large rooms overlooking the garden. Situated in a quiet but central street of Honfleur, this traditionnal looking house turned out to be an inspired choice. The weather was bad, cold and gloomy and it was just perfect to return to such lovely, warm and easy place. The welcome from Audrey when we arrived the first day was just sweet and friendly with a coffee to warm-up. The house is beautifully decorated, with great attention to details and a definite scandinavian feel to it. Whether the rooms, bathrooms, breakfast room or house itself, it's all very pleasant, easy and welcoming. You come and go as you please but if help, advice or guidance is needed, Audrey is around and extremely helpful. She is a genuinely kind and attentive host that can make a difference to your stay! So yes, this is a place I would definitely recommend to anyone going to visit Honfleur for a few days. If only the weather had permitted, we could even have enjoyed breakfast in the spacious garden! My ultimate criteria for judging a place is the quality of sleep you get there: well, no worry at L'Autre Maison, you get long, peaceful and utterly silent nights! Bliss...

Ideal place where to stay in Honfleur!

Rooms clean and bright (lacking a little in wardrobe space but not an issue).  Very friendly and helpful host and staff, who showed us all hotel amenities on arrival and recommended several local restaurants, we tried and few and they were consistently very good.  Enjoyed good breakfasts at the hotel, never felt rushed.  The big plus point is the location, very easy walking distance to the historic harbour area for restaurants, shops, etc; if you're staying in town you can park the car and forget it!  Altogether excellent value for money and we will certainly stay again when we return to Normandy.

Lovely small hotel, close to old harbour

We stayed 2 nights as part of a tour through France. After locating the B&B, we were able to drop off the bags outside, then move the car to a car park by the ferris wheel - charging just €4 a day - very cheap. 
The room overlooked the garden area at the rear and was a good size, spotlessly clean and the bed was excellent. Shower/WC/room again was very clean and modern.
Breakfast was super, with a wide range of items to suit all tastes.
We found the room quite warm so had the windows open. This resulted in being woken at various points of the night - especially at around 04.30 - when quite a few cars started arriving and parking up, perhaps the early shift at the police station that was just behind us? If the windows were closed, then  the noise was reduced significantly.
The location is very good, just a few minutes from the centre - and to keep the car in the car park necessitated a quick walk (5+ minutes) to put a new ticket on the car.
Audrey could not have been more helpful, the perfect host.
