What a little gem of a place, located in the oid town area of Ohrid, a few steps from the lake and no more than about 5 minutes from the centre of town.  Ana, our host, met us from our taxi and helped is down the cobbled street with our case. She gave us information about Ohrid and booked a catamaran trip for us to St Naum monastery. The room was bright and airy, with a balcolny. It was very clean and comfortable and there was a smallish  but perfectly adequate en suite. A seperate comunal kitcvhen area was available to make hot drinks etc. On departure Ana arranged for our suitcase to be brought downstairs (there is no lift) and arranged for the taxi to pick us up for our onward journey.  Thank you Ana for making our stay so memorable.

Little gem of a place made even better by a wonderful host.

Ana is the most amazing person, she is so kind and positive, literally nothing was too much trouble for her. She is a joy and we loved our stay. The appartment was perfect, so clean and spacious, our first morning we woke to the view of the lake Ohrid and we never tired of it. The location is perfect for a walk into the old town and also down to the lake, but away enough for peace. We will definitely return, it was a super stay.

This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at these apartments and won’t be the last either!
Ana is a superb host. I’ve stayed all over Europe and can honestly say she is the best host and has the most positive, helpful and friendly attitude ever!
The Villa is superb - spotlessly clean and tidy. Nothing is too much trouble for Ana. 
The Villa is literally 20m from the lake and only 5 minute walk through the old town to the centre.

Amazing 4th stay at Villa Dudanov

Villa Dudanov is the best place I’ve ever staying in all my visits to Ohrid! The location is amazing, right in the centre and a few feet from the way to Kaneo beach and Church St Jovan. Ana was the most welcoming host and was available all the time for any questions whether it be about restaurants to visit or tours in the area. She was so kind for calling us a taxi & helping us with our bags when it was time for us to check out! Our room was on the top floor which had a beautiful view of Lake Ohrid, and the room was maintained and cleaned very well. Definitely will be booking to stay here for our next visit to Ohrid!

Beautiful villa & view, the best customer service

We stayed with my family at Villa Dudanov in Ohrid for 10 days and we loved it.
The apartment is very comfortable and clean to perfection, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay and feel comfortable. Ana, the owner is amazing and she was great host. 
I loved the private beach that we had and all the other amenities included in the apartment.
We will definitely be back soon.

The best rental appartment ever

We have just returned from a week in beautiful Ohrid. Our third time staying with Ana at her gorgeous Villa Dudanov.  It is wonderfully situated - with side view of the lake, metres to the boardwalk, next to St Sophia church, 5 mins stroll into town - the best place to stay in our opinion.   As usual Ana looked after us so well, she is welcoming, friendly and hospitable, nothing is ever too much trouble.  Her Villa is spotlessly clean, inviting and comfortable.  If you are looking for a quality relaxing place to stay in ohrid, look no further than Ana’s villa. We can’t wait to go back!

We are for the second time at Villa Dudanov, owner Anna makes you feel like a family, we will surely come back with great pleasure.  The location is very clean and perfectly positioned, at the lake and close to the sights.

Perfection

We loved our stay here. Anna, the owner, is so welcoming and enthusiastic and have lots of suggestions of places to visit and good restaurants. All her reconnections were spot on.

The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

The location of the apartment was ideal, about a 5 minute walk from the main centre and just around the corner from a board walk leading to a small beach and some waterfront restaurants - much more peaceful and less touristy which was fab for us.

Great value for money, we would love to return at some point in the future.

A little gem

We are just back from our second visit to this wonderful villa by the lake.  It’s a beautiful property, spacious, spotless & comfortable in the perfect location - we think the best in Ohrid. Ana is the best possible host. She is warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.  She arranged our pick up from and then back to airport. She also organised a fantastic trip for us - this time to Sveti Naum and then onto Albania for lunch.  Spases - her trusted taxi driver - is a great tour guide - taking care of everything and the loveliest man. We cannot recommend Villa Dudanov highly enough. We will most definitely be back.
