Archi Hotel-Apartment

Our group of volunteers stayed at this hotel 11 nights. The service was excellent. Rooms were cleaned every day. Food in the restaurant was great. Breakfast buffet (which was included in the price) had a bigger variety of dishes than we expected (we expected Continental breakfast). Good food variety for vegetarians. Restaurant service was a little slow, but all 18 of us ate at the same time. So each morning I gave them a list of what everyone wanted to eat in the evening, and the food was ready when we got there at 6:00, speeding up the service. All the staff we met were very friendly and accommodating. Free pick-up and return to the airport. The suites which can accommodate 6 people worked very well for our group. The living room area of the suites was big enough that our group of 18 could have our meetings in it. This hotel was much quieter than others I've stayed at in Addis. It sits back from the main road on a side street, so you don't have road traffic noise. There are no churches nearby that wake you up at 4:00 a.m. The way the suites are arranged, you don't get noise from other suites. I highly recommend this hotel for small or large groups of people. They have 2 suites that accommodate only 2 people.
