Nice hotel. Not luxurious but well enough for a good rest

Very nice hotel, however the room that was assigned to us was full of ants even in the bathroom. They indicated that it had been fumigated but it wasn't. In the restaurant they didn't have a card so there weren't many options for dinner. The breakfast was much better. They still need to improve the service they provide!!

Rooms with too many hornets!!

To be a simple hotel, it's very well served, with beautiful decoration and very clean... it's really cozy and for what we need something complicated, it really works... highly recommended, easy to reach...

Beautiful, clean, and pleasant.

The hotel could be recognized as a great hotel but unfortunately the maintenance, the service, the shared meals, the very loud TV, etc. make us say:

It's big, but it can pass.

The staff is amazing. Warm, friendly, helpful. The rooms need a deep cleaning: floors moped, baseboards dusted, mold cleaned from shower walls,...  My room could have used some fresh paint, a nightstand, a lamp (just one bulb in the ceiling light), hangars and an extra blanket. The history here is fantastic and I’d love to see this hotel thrive and be able to be restored to its obvious original glory. I would have gladly paid double what I did for a fixed up room.

Spend a couple of weeks there for work, the rooms are large, the parking is very small, it is well decorated and it is beautiful outside, it has an indoor pool and very large lounges. On weekends it is impossible to sleep since they make parties and celebrations until late in the morning, at dawn at the reception there is no stopping to ring the bell calling when new customers arrive. Nearly there are no restaurants to eat. If what you are going to be a night out is not bad, the attention is good.

I don't have any recommendations.

This is one of the most beautiful spaces if you are looking for the combination of classical and modern because together wood and metal form a complete harmony that helps rest and relax especially after a day of work in the beautiful city of Riobamba.

A nice place to rest.

Very poor service by the workers, there is no security since the hotel is completely open at all times, without guard or receptionist, anyone can enter and no one notices it. There is discrimination because they are students, the food is kept from day to day, the staff is rude and also no facilities are allowed to be used, the fixed customers are bustling and do not stop to rest because, even, they drink in the car park. I definitely do not recommend this terrible hotel to anyone, very poor service.

The worst service ever.

It is a hotel for one night. It is quite complete, with a closed pool but the water is cold, it has a children's trampoline. The attention is very good from all the staff. We have lunch and dinner here and the food is good and at reasonable prices. In the room there are ants and the bathroom is small and very basic. The room has no safe.
