Casa la Hiedra is a small guesthouse in Quito. I have stayed in two rooms and they are huge, including besides a bedroom also almost a small office. The breakfast is excellent and they also have a small garden. Around the guesthouse there are several restaurants, but to go to the old heart of Quito you have to take a taxi. Taxi's are cheap though in Quito. The rooms are also very affordable.
