Very attractive and modern design of the Appartement. Fully equipped. Bathroom class design. Very clean and beds comfortable. Easy access anytime with a featured keyless entry code. Safe and simple - very convenient solution. 
Quiet place and location. 

Close to the city center, 15 mins walk, 5 mins by tram. Price vs design and what it offered - simply the best. Tina would have said. 

Parking is limited, we had to search for a parking lot within the streets around and we succeeded. 

Short term stay or even for a longer time, they offer a residential stay for up to weeks  or months. 

I fully recommend. If I go business or privately, it is worth the price and what it offers. I will recheck again.

Very nice design of the apartment keyless simple but safe access. Enough privacy and a quiet place.


I am happy to share my experience staying at Holeckova Apartments in Prague. For one unforgettable week, I had the pleasure of living in a spacious one-bedroom loft apartment with a sunny patio that offered stunning views.

Upon arrival, I was charmed by the welcoming bottle of wine and bouquet of flowers that awaited me. These thoughtful gestures set a tone of warmth and hospitality that continued throughout my stay. The apartment was superbly equipped, and I found the dishwasher and plunge coffee maker to be invaluable additions to my daily routine.

The delectable croissants and coffee available each morning in the lobby was a treat I looked forward to, adding a dash of indulgence to my mornings without the need to step outside for breakfast.

Petra at Holeckova Apartments deserves special mention for her exceptional service, promptly arranging for my laundry and dry cleaning needs. Their friendliness and eagerness to assist contributed significantly to making my stay comfortable and worry-free.

Conveniently situated, the apartment was a short stroll away from the tram that led me right to the city's vibrant heart. The location made it easy to explore Prague's rich history and lively culture.

In conclusion, my stay at Holeckova Apartments was an exceptional blend of luxury, convenience, and warm hospitality. I couldn't recommend it more for those looking for a memorable stay in the enchanting city of Prague.

Perfect place to experience Prague

Despite being advertised as family-friendly, we had to carry our baby stroller in our hands (no elevator) to the 3rd floor each day because owner thinks that it doesn't fit the interior of the hall. The owner is always looks annoyed and arrogant, and cleaning personnel is rude and really hostile to the kids.

Family trip to Prague went awful

We were in apartment PB downstairs, which was great so no stairs :-) No person to meet us but clear instructions by email. Very nice apartment with old original stylish features such as high ceilings and classy wooden doors. We are two friends; one could sleep in the double bed in bedroom and one on the sleeping couch, which as awesome! there were no extra pair of sheets for the couch but after a whatsapp message we came back to the apartment and the couch bed was made (with our permission to enter the apartment when we were out for dinner) so fab service. Good value for money. Great location, no noise, 5 min from old town and nice restaurants and French bakery around the corner. The second night I did not sleep well (backpain) but since I could move to the other side of bed it turned out OK. I am glad we could sleep seperate. No aicon but ventilator. Luggage room is also easy to use with the key locker so late flight is no problem. Great! One curtain was missing from the window in the living room but because of the indoor shutters you can close them to make it comfortably dark when you want to sleep. Fridge works well.

Would come back, great apartment!

Nice spacious apartment (2a has a large bedroom, huge bathroom, well equipped kitchen and decent lounge area) in a great location (easy to find at the end of the evening - just 200m from the river) Would recommend and stay there again. 

Nice apartment in a great location 

My company booked an apartment for me and I stayed a little over a month.  I liked the facility, the apartment was nice and also very close to the center.  Unfortunately, I had a few issues with the receptionist.  It started when I arrived, I was told to call 30 mins before my arrival which I did and the receptionist told me that she won't be able to make it but she'd left an envelope for me.  When I arrived, I couldn't open my apartment because my cards were blank, I called again and after an hour the receptionist arrived and fixed my cards.  I didn't think much of it but if you don't plan to make an appointment, please tell me before.  Another issue happened when my wife's parents visited us and stayed for 4 days with us in Prague and we also spent a week in Germany in between.  They tried to charge me for 11 days for extra people, the way of communication was rude and they also brought it up a few days before checking out even thought they'd supposedly known my wife's parents were there for that time.  I have a strong feeling they wanted to cheat me over, actually my employer, since I can easily prove nobody was there for a week but I don't have a contract with Holeckova Apartments.  I refused to pay for 11 days and contacted HR or my company.

My Experience

This apartment is clean and cozy place. Also easy to access tram (within 2 minutes).
The apartment manager is very kind person.
My family stayed for three days like my home.
I would like to try to stay in this place.
