What a great hotel, the guy on reception was so helpful from the minute we arrived. We wanted just a sheet instead of duvet as over 30deg, it arrived within 10 mins! He marked out places on the local map, booked our trips and manged to change our large CZK note. When he was off duty we had an equally helpful young lady, The breakfast was buffet help yourself, plenty of choice every morning. Tea /coffee in the room and complementary water and toiletries. We would have liked to have a drink at night but no bar staff.
