This is a very rustic hotel in a central location. It’s a bit on the dated side and the hotel is in dire need of a make over. In addition, the staff could definitely use a  course in customer service. The restaurant serves highly mediocre food. On the plus side, it has a great location, easy parking and is next door to a fun pub. If the price is right, it’s the not the worst place to stay, but look elsewhere to eat.

Standard accommodation, substandard food

Holiday was in February 2015.
This hotel is like a really fun trip into the past. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The décor is fabulous. We stayed in an apartment at the back of the building & it was like an old ski chalet. It was clean, warm, quiet, nice views from the sky light windows & the beds were really comfortable. 
The restaurant food was good, the breakfasts were a little bit basic but satisfactory.
The only complaint we had was that the entrance to our apartment had no light bulb, so at night.... ice & snow on the steps + trying to find the keyhole in the dark + alcohol = two very amused kids & a lot of giggling.
We had great fun staying in the Zeleny Dum & it was lovely to come back to after long days on the slopes.

Lovely Traditional Czech Hotel

great location, great value, ski friendly, child friendly and warm and cosy apres ski, all food is local and simillar but very affordable and wine for ski mums id=s just lovely from wine o clock on. Free wifi for children very important

ski slopes supper

We stayed in this hotel for five nights in a double room with breakfast. The hotel has a traditional old style look  and is based in the centre of Bozi Dar, close to all amenities including ski slopes and ski bus outside. Rooms were very comfortable, well designed , warm and spacious. Staff  in the restaurant and in the reception are very friendly and always willing to help. The food is traditional czech food with good prices.
Although our room was above the kitchen and we could often smell the cooking we  had a beautiful view of the Novako and Hranice ski slopes.
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and I hope we will return soon.

Great for skiing

We came here for a short skiing trip and fell in love with the wooden interior and breakfast room. Very homely, cozy and friendly staff. Not the cheapest place in Bozi Dar, but certainly a good address. Got own parking grounds and is the very first hotel when entering the village. Beautiful church view at night. 

Nice, cozy attic apartment. 

First time visiting Bozi Dar in Zeleny Dum during the winter (green house) 

The staff is very helpfull and are working hard. the rooms are cosily and the food is simple but fair. 

I've read some reviews of a couple of years about the hotel not being OK. well everything is clean and neatly. there are bedsheets and towels. For a stay during the winter it's almost everything you need. two comments, the rooms are not very large and their is little place for hanging clothing and It's not possible to pay by card, but at a 20 meter walk there is a ATM (near bus station)

Overall the location was as expected and we enjoyed our stay (family room, with 2 kids)
