Nissi 3 - Block A - Apartment A10.
Lovely apartment in an amazing location. 
Huge penthouse terrace with sun lounging furniture.
Apartment clean & very spacious.
Walking distance to many excellent restaurants, & just a 10 minute walk to the fabulous Nissi Beach.
Would highly recommend this apartment

Fantastic Apartment

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely, spacious  2 bedroom penthouse apartment in a quiet location.
The balcony is huge, with rattan furniture, Sun loungers and an outdoor dining set.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. You also have use of the communal pool.
A10 is  just a 10minute walk to the gorgeous Nissi Beach, which has various bars and restaurants, aswell  as water sports. 
Ayia Napa nightlife is a good 45 minute walk away, a taxi will cost you €5 pp each way, or there is the bus stop at the end of the Rd which will cost you €3 return to the pubs, clubs and numerous restaurants, including Hard Rock Cafe. Farmers Tavern in the centre is also a must! If you decide to walk to the centre, you will be spoilt for choice with restaurants, bars,  cafes and ,shops.
If you want to spend the evening enjoying drinks on the terrace, you can order food deliveries from WOLT ( download app) which  is a bonus! 
We will be back in October, and can not wait!



Nissi 3 A10 Penthouse

What an amazing complex with the apartment A9 we took residence for our 10 day stay on 18th July 2018, being like a home from home!
Our hired car journey from Larnaca airport took just 40 minutes and the complex was easy to navigate to.
Apartment A9 has it's own car parking space, two bedrooms, one bathroom, large open plan lounge, diner and kitchen but more importantly an absolutely huge outside main terrace with furniture laid out for sun bathing and dining table for el fresco dining! This was a sun trap from morning to dusk and we spent all of our evenings on the terrace prior to getting ready to go out....amazing!
The furnishings are to a good standard, nice comfy settees and smart furniture throughout. 
The apartment had all kitchen appliances, cutlery and utensils you could need. It even has a chilled water cooler if you fancied buying one of the water cooler bottles for your stay as we did. 
Every room has air conditioning which was a comfort upon returning from the complex pool or Nissi beach.
Free WiFi was also another positive the apartment had to offer as you know the teenagers in the family expect this as a given nowadays!
3 sun loungers for apartment A9 are also provided down by the pool!
The complex was really quiet and every day of our stay we basically had the pool to ourselves which is exactly what we booked it for as the nights in the town centre can be crazy. However there are loads of family bars and restaurants on the main road to the centre which catered for our needs when we wanted a nice family drink or meal.
Also in the centre there are still many excellent restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed. Try Tommys Bar for pre meal cocktails and Farmers Tavern for some homemade Cypriot cuisine!
Of course it goes without saying that you should also visit Hard Rock. We spent one of our nights there starting at the roof top Skybar and bagging a table on the second floor terrace area for a bote to eat....what a top night!
We just can't fault this particular apartment and Nissi 3 complex so will definitely book again when we next visit Cyprus!
A couple of little tips:- 
The apartment has 240v 3 pin electrical sockets so no need to bring an adaptor.
Grab a decent sunbed spot on Nissi beach before 10am in the summer season!

Nissi 3 apartment A9 was amazing!

This was our 2nd visit to Nissi 3 and C16, and as last time we had a wonderful week.
The location of the apt is fantastic, very close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants.
As I have mobility issues its fantastic that there is a lift in the block and everything else is within easy walking distance.
It's so nice to have so much space in the apartment, and the south facing extra large balcony has beautiful views and is especially enjoyed in the evening - with a glass of wine !.
The apartment itself has everything you would need i.e hairdryer, washing machine, tv, ipod dock, clothes rack, pegs etc etc.  
Gill is fantastic to deal with and we shall be back next year definitely !

Perfect

As I expected , clean fresh everything you need in a apartment , nice pool , parking , any questions were asked promptly , I’d recommend this place and stay again , close to shops, restaurants and nightlife but just far enough away to sleep and chill by pool, close to Ayia Napa square walkable or a cab ride away 

Wedding/ Holiday

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in this apartment (C16) at the Nissi 3 complex in Ayia Napa. Location was perfect; less than 10 minute walk to beautiful Nissi Bay beach which is ' picture perfect'. Lots of really nice restaurants a short walk away which are all family friendly; most had a free 'Luna Park' for the children; bouncy castle, ride on toys and large play area,  all close to eating area so parents can view children and relax. The complex is close to numerous small supermarkets and there are lots of bicycle/motorcycle/quad bike/jeep and car hire places nearby too. We hired bikes for 5 euros for 24 hours which was unbelievable value! The apartment itself was in a really quiet position and the HUGE balcony overlooked the pool and the sea beyond. The balcony had lovely 2 comfy sun loungers as well as  a good size table and 4 chairs  for outdoor dining. The balcony had sun on it from 8am until 7pm when the sun went down. We had glorious weather for the whole 7 days we were there in the first week of April; (25c each day), and staying in this apartment made Cyprus my new favourite place! The apartment was spotless on arrival and was very spacious, even with the sofa beds out. Gill, the owner was brilliant to communicate with and was very prompt and helpful with any questions I had. Costas the manager in Cyprus was also a fantastic help and sorted out wi-fi in the apartment for us. I would highly recommend visiting Cyprus to others and would definitely stay in this apartment again. I would encourage others to do the same!

Fantastic Nissi 3 Apartment C16

Having never being to Cyprus b4 and not knowing what to expect with accommodation, I was absolutely thrilled with this one bed apartment. Sited on the ground floor it truly is a home from home with all mod cons including Washing machine, iron, kettle etc..

Spotless clean inside and out and extremely well maintained. The complex itself is extremely safe and child friendly with The pool area having both an adult and kiddies pool, with an array of sun loungers to booth.

Nissi beach is a 5 minute stroll from your door, and all the bars and restaurants you could want again all within 5-10 min walk of the apartment.

Perfect for couples and friends alike as the couch folds out into another double bed. 

Can't recommend it more. Will definitely be back.
