A great house with a lot of personal touch. The hospitality is greatly written and at all times service is provided. The rooms are simple furnished but very clean and the daily room service is also perfect. The breakfast is in good choice and but above all in good quality. Parking is available enough in front of the house and this is free of charge. Whoever wants can also use the house-owned velos. To the sea it is about 250 meters and to the old town about 1 kilometer. Have spent two weeks here and back to the rootss, because it does not always need luxury to raise prices! Great hospitality is guaranteed.

A simple house with plenty of hospitality

We stayed here for our summer holidays. The hotel is family run and the two owners have been wonderful people and have been cooking with us all the time. The rooms are clean and every day the cleaning lady arranges the beds and washes the floors. It is in an almost strategic position as it is a few minutes walk from Umag Darsena; there are also many restaurants in the area, a supermarket and other attractions such as the beach or the tourist train.

Exceptional experience in Villa La Rossa

In this magnificent accommodation, everything is simply true: the hospitality is simply magnificent! Very warm reception and we were allowed to enter our room 3 hours earlier. The cleanliness of the entire house, room, bathroom and balcony convinced us in 14 days! We were also enthusiastic about the breakfast that left no wishes open and the first highlight for the start of the day was that you could take advantage of the beautiful terrace! There are free rental cars available! A very special and great idea of the house is: A 24-hour free water dispenser that always provides a well-cooled and sprayed water plan! For all kinds of accommodations as well as in every reception, an information desk is located in the beautiful location of the hotel, but the whole team of Thomas & Erup is still very happy with the wonderful location of the accommodation.

An absolute highlight with a great team in Umag!!!

We went to this year's Easter with friends. Great rooms, great reception, great breakfast and great price. Also the location is great, 2 minutes to the port where you can take a nice walk to the center.

Great at a low price

We stayed here for a week, we were very nice, the room was very cozy, very clean, and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever found, very kind and cordial owners, I highly recommend, and if I return to Umag, I'll definitely book here again.

I only stayed one night at this hotel. Very nice, available parking, near a beach with a great restaurant where we dined. The room is quite large with comfortable beds, bathroom ok quality underwear. Wi-Fi not working in the room, only in the reception area. Breakfast is not very large but satisfies both sweet and salty. Very friendly staff. There is no elevator to access the room. Recommended good price ratio quality price

The best B&B in Umag, you can only recommend it and you'll book it for the repeat offender on vacation. Free parking and free WLan what more do you want?

Short vacation

We stayed in this Villa 4 nights in September (2015) is a two-storey accommodation with an interior patio and most of the rooms with terrace.The room in which we stayed was quite spacious, and had everything necessary to make the hotel pleasant, including air conditioning and wifi.The person attending the reception is very friendly (speaks better Italian than English) and the breakfast is quite complete.It is about 5 minutes from the seafront and about 15 minutes from the old town.

The perfect accommodation to visit Istria.

We only spent 2 nights in this b&b but we found ourselves very well. It is in a good position in a quiet area and in 10 minutes on foot you get to the nearest beach equipped with everything you need. The room is very spacious and clean and the bathroom with a nice shower. Super the air conditioner in the room that with this heat allowed us to sleep well :) Great terrace where to put to dry things after the sea. Gentle and smiling staff. The breakfast is not bad with sweet and salty but I would have expected something more.

What more to ask: spacious room is very clean, bathroom in excellent condition, refrigerator in room, balcony, free Wi-Fi, free reserved parking, good breakfast, enviable location... fantastic price/quality ratio! And think that we booked almost by chance by passing through Umago!!! highly recommended...
