The only highlight of this place is location- it's almost right in the center. 
Now the apartment- we rented apartment for 5 people. I have to say- I never paid so much for such a low standard and we spend holidays in Croatia every year. First of all, we had to ask to clean the apartment cause it was nasty (hair on the sink, dirty shower, dust in the cupboards), that we had to argue about because the landlord wouldn't admit it. Then we had to wait till the apartment is cleaned (we arrived at 4pm and apartment was not ready). So by the time we actually unpacked was 6 pm. Landlord was very rude, I won't even go into details.
What mattered was that we had to exchange beds each night as there were only 2 beds that you can actually sleep on. The other one was couch (very very old) that was so uncomfortable that we were seriously thinking about sleeping on the floor on our beach mattresses. The other bed was also overly old with very uncomfortable mattresse.
So if you want to have also a good sleep on your vacation or you care about cleanliness I do not recommend this place.

The apartment was definitely dirty. A very bad smell was everywhere. Really unconfortable beds. The shower didn't work properly. We asked to the owner to clean the apartment but he didn't do anything. You can't even imagine!!!! Never again!!!!!
Only the position was a positive aspect!!!!

Beautifull garden and barbeque terace.Washing machine and WiFi Internet in every apartment. Very frendly and helpfull stuff.Great location which possible to reach any point in the center  of the city for few minutes.Public parking place nearby villa and all around located roman artefacts.
Don't forget to say good bue to Shira-very frendly and nice dog in the upper garden.

If you can stand dirt,beds that should have been disposed off ten years ago,constantly wet floor from leaking shower drain,kitchen without basic utensils making it useless,being locked out of the premises at night,having a paper door anyone can open with a gentle push,being watched for excessive use of AC (there's an extra charge of 5EUR per day),not getting any warm blankets for night,hunting inch+ black bugs before you go to bed,not getting any soap nor shampoo and if you don't expect a basic decency like being greeted when you check in after swimming,nor saying goodbye while staring you down as you leave,then you might have a fair chance of finding Apartments Polomcic somewhat desirable,unlike me who wouldn't recommend this nightmare hole to anyone coming from a civilised country. 
First thing we noticed entering undersized apartment with rundown furniture was dirt covered floor,sockets pulled out of walls and missing bulbs everywhere.An elderly gentleman with a distinct army manners showed us around the place after which he firmly warned us not to spend water too much and not to use air conditioning unless there is need.He was dumbfounded by the fact we actually wanted to use the kitchen to cook the food.Then he explained us with a suppressed anger how he threw out a Belgium couple out for not obiding his rules.He leaved and come back with a receipt demanding the upfront payment of the entire sum.I can understand this fully,as anyone with a sense of reason would run away in the morning but we were stupid enough to pay and endure.When I asked why TV is not working and why I can't connect to advertised free wifi,at first I got an excuse that phone company is working on it exactly for the duration of our stay there."The router is too far away for the signal to reach your apartment,anyway.", were his wise words of comfort.TV never started working and the owner indeed didn't care about that (or any other) issue at all,not even after several repeated inquiries.Definitely not for recommendation.

WORST ACCOMMODATION EVER!

As a result off an early morning flight out of Pula, we booked 2 x apartments for one night. The property is conveniently located for the harbour, cafes and restaurants  but quite difficult to find and parking may be a problem. 

These apartments are very poor value for money - we paid 120 euros which is probably twice what they are worth. The apartments and the equipment provided were very tired and one of them was absolutely filthy. Equipment and facilities were poor, the bedding was a disgrace with lumpy duvets in one and gold coloured faux satin (nylon) duvets in the other.

The owners were quite helpful but until they sort the place out it is not to be recommended I'm afraid
