4 reviewsMagnificent accommodation. We stayed here last year, loved it, so came back this, booking directly with the landlady rather than through agencies this time. Flat with spacious bedroom, kitchen, spotless bathroom & outside patio. All cooking facilities. TV with international channels. Air-conditioning. We travelled as a couple, but the room has a double bed and a single bed and is let as a flat. The owner, Laura, is super friendly and bends over backwards to help guests. She knew we wanted to check in early, if possible, and so texted us as soon as the room was free. In the period of the year we went we paid €45 per night, as a couple, but three people using the room would have paid the same flat fee. Excellent, free wi-fi. Kids' play area. Free parking right outside. Bars, supermarket, baker's, restaurants at a stone's throw. Easily-findable as just off the main road into Umag. A 14-minute walk to the Old Town (I timed it!), an 8-minute walk to the sea, and a 20-minute walk to Umag's town beach (or of course a much shorter drive). A 4.5 km drive to the nearby spectacular Katoro beach.
