This was an amazingly good great house, we loved it and will definitely be back. It was great value for money, clean and extremely comfortable.The  owner Mariana is a delight so helpful and thoughtful, she is a real gem and made us feel so welcome, she really cares about her guests. The pool was a real bonus well kept and clean

Excellent guest house, great value for money, very clean, lots of character

We stayed here for 1 night while visiting Dubrovnik.
The area around the guesthouse is very beautiful with huge mountains and a lovely river as a backdrop.
Our room was big with a decent sized bathroom and plenty of towels, we had a view of the river and the swans.
There isnt a fridge in the room but one is located just outside the room for people to use and each room has a shelf with the room number on.
There is a swimming pool but it was empty when we visited.
The terrace is well equiped with chairs and tables a few loungers with nice views all around.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes away that takes you straight into the old towm of debrovnik and runs every 15 mins till 1am.
The owner is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her.
Just remember to take mossie repelent..we got bit to hell.!!!!!!!


Nice view

The hostel apparently is a good cost-benefit however one of the co-owner of the guest house is completely rude and spoiled the mood of my friends and me.
Let me tell the story (which can be supported by the other guests):
- first day: I had sent emails saying our flight would arrive at 10 am therefore I asked if we could leave our luggage there in the accommodation and come back to do the check in at 2pm. Maybe for the lack of English understanding this co-owner replied to me that the check in was 2pm (what I already said I knew). Well arriving there she was rude with us while we were leaving our luggage on the hall, complaining that we were wrong; her son that is the other co-owner said that it was ok and nevermind her mood;
- second day she apologized blaming her menopause 
- third and last day : our boat going to our next city was scheduled to leave at 16:30 so we asked whether we could leave the luggage there and come back later to pick up, they told us it was ok. When it was time to go out I asked if we could use the toilet (which is a simple yes or no question, right?) and she started complaining and screaming at us, saying that my behavior was totally wrong, no where in the world we would be allowed that, not even with the luggage situation, she started saying that I was asking to take a douche (what?!, called to booking.com to make a complain about me (what?!) and started a whole discussion which me and my friends definitely didn’t needed and even talked to other guests about us  ... I felt offended and uncomfortable with the situation.

SUMMARY: I DONT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION BECAUSE THE STRESS THIS WOMAN CAUSED US IS NOT WORTH IT!
