Due to a booking glitch with an on-line booking website, when we arrived at B&B Dal Pescatore at 10:00 pm, the hotel was overbooked and we had no room. Because we had been without internet connection until then, we did not know that there was no room available. The owner was so helpful in getting us in touch with the booking website and even called another hotel for us to make a reservation for the night. She even fetched us a glass of wine while we sorted out another hotel with the booking company. She didn't speak much English but fortunately my daughter speaks German and they were able to converse easily. I was so disappointed to not be able to stay at Dal Pescatore, it is a quaint B&B right on the beach with a little restaurant in the front and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. They went so far above and beyond to fix what was not a problem they created. If I am ever back in the area, I am definitely staying there.
