We had a great stay and would definitely book again. Hotel was walking distance to the beach, breakfast was delicious and the staff was accomodating.

Love the location and the breaksfast , hotel very clean and spotless!! Highly recommended .

My husband and I stayed only one night, and it was totally gross! We arrived at the hotel at 8 pm and immediately went out to grab food, so I didn't check the bed directly. At first, it looks a decent hotel room on the top floor, and the hotel looked clean. When we prepared to sleep, I removed the blanket and there was a folded napkin and stained sheet! The sheets were clearly never changed after the previous guests but they just made the bed! The person from reception didn't even say 'sorry'. We requested new sheets and my husband and I changed the sheet, and even the new ones were full of yellowish stains. (We stayed in even cheaper hotels in Providencia and San Andres the following week, and they had always clean white sheets without stains, so it is not the island's water quality, etc but the hotel's fault)
In the morning, one of the maids apologized (and forgot to give us our breakfast and we waited 40 minutes extra) but she tried to convince me that the napkin was stuck on a clean sheet after washing. (you can see the photos attached) The napkin was obviously dry and fluffy, so water never touched it and the bed sheet was full of stains. So, I don't know, if it was a one-time mistake or if they never bother to change the sheets for one-night guests, either way, it is gross!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights.  It is a half mile of easy walking from the airport. 
The town beach is only one block from the hotel.  Playa Spratt Bight in the East.
There are plenty of restaurants, super markets and other stores right outside the hotel.  The central location comes with the downside that you can hear street noise and music from nearby bars during the day.  The noise does down at night.
The hotel staff only speaks Spanish, so make sure to have a translation app handy if you don't speak Spanish. 
Our room was spacious with 1 queen and 2 single size beds and a small fridge.  The mattresses were not as firm as in some other hotels that we stayed at in Colombia. 
The bathroom was comparably large, too.  There is a closet with small safe between the two rooms.
There was a TV in the room and a quiet and efficient A/C over one bed.
The wifi was slow. 
The hotel serves breakfast from 7:00am to 9:00am on the 4th floor from where you can see the beautiful turquoise and blue ocean.
Breakfast is served.  You can have 2 eggs your way.  Additionally, you get 2 slices of toast and a half pancake.  Margarine and marmalade are provided.  We asked for coffee, but the lady only offered us hot chocolate.
The hotel provides free beach towels on request.

Long story short: this is a nice and clean hotel which is close to everything.  I gave it 4 stars as I have to compare it to the rest of the island.  It would lose a star if compared to the mainland.

San Andres can be expensive even in places that are not specially good; if you don't want to spend much and get a good service, go to this place. It's a little cozy hotel, very clean, decent rooms with a simple but pretty decoration and a nice breakfast that is included. This little hotel is located only a block away from the beach.

Ideal

The hogel location is a good but rooms are extremely tiny, our room was about 10 m2 and had no windows!
The price was too high for the quality.
On the positive side, the location is good, close to the beach, shops, airport, harbour, etc.

Just for a night...  but expensive!

Basic hotel, but clean. We had room 201, which had a fridge, TV, airco and a good shower. Breakfast was good (toast, butter, marmalade, scrambled eggs, fruit and coffee/juice).

Hotel is close to the beach. Restaurant on corner from hotel has good, affordable local dishes.

Special note: Wilman from reception is very friendly, correct and helpful.
