3 reviewsReception was a little slow as was the coffee etc ordered. Staff were always present and willing to answer any questions if asked but their English is very limited so beware. (I speak Chinese so was ok) Rooms are beautiful. Stayed for 3 nights in a double room - not the biggest of rooms but simply beautiful. Furnished very nicely, clean, with a balcony. Cannot fault the room at all. Washing laundry costs 8RMB with washing powder and hangers provided. Lots of convenient places to hang the washing as well. Location: about 20 minutes by taxi to the city centre. About 10 minutes to the nearest part of West Lake. Worth noting is that the hostel is situated in what almost resembles a small town - lots of hotels and restaurants. This meant that we could choose a different restaurant everyday and they were all really nice. Also this meant that the street had a really nice feel to it. There are also supermarkets which are very handy to buy snacks and water etc. Highly recommended!
