Cabañas Aldea Los Jardines de Osorno

Aldea Los Jardines was designed and conceived by a German landscaper that later after, sold the property to a Chilean family. They are running the place since 2005, and have made several investments in this beautiful scenario, full of trees, and flowers all around. At first it was kind of difficult to arrive mainly because our taxi driver didn't knew about the place, so I will recommend all travellers to have a physical map or a mobile with Internet, connected to Google maps. As a matter of fact, Google maps saved us, it took us straight away and without delay to the Aldea. There is always a member of the family in charge available, to assist passengers in any way possible. They took us to our villa, beautifully arranged, warm, and comfy. We had 2 rooms with 3 beds in total, plenty of closet space, one huge bathroom, wooden living room with dining table, and kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, pots and all the dishware you might need. For winter time, there's even a fireplace inside the house. Free wifi available, swimming pool, and a tea room in the middle of the garden, originally installed inside a mobile home. Kids have a jumping bed, and several cows that always are showing up behind the neighbour's fence. We took the package with breakfast, so there was always homemade bread for us with jam, cheese, butter, biscuits, etc. Besides that, you have a box of coffee and assorted teas, at your disposal. Bathroom was well supplied with soap, shampoo, hair blower, and clean towels every day. Outside the villa, you even have a BBQ place! We totally loved Aldes Los Jardines, 10 minutes away from Osorno city (with shopping mall and plenty of supermarkets to buy supplies), and an hour from beautiful Frutillar, and Puerto Varas, where you can sunbathe and swim in the lake Llanquihue. Consider renting a car, so you can have a day trip to these fantastic places while in Chile, otherwise the family offer transportation to Osorno if needed.
