From the moment we were greeted by our host Heather, it was a wonderful few days. The room was perfect with beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. The small kitchenette included a fridge, kettle, coffeemaker and microwave. The fireplace and tv area were a lovely touch and the room was very spacious. The guesthouse itself is in a wonderfully secluded location, yet a lovely walk to both Big Beach and Ucluelet town centre. Heather was so hospitable and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

Ukee Haven

Would we return - absolutely!  

Our King room was beautiful, with its own fireplace and living area.  This place offers fantastic value for money and we have to echo a previous reviewer in saying it's a gem.  Breakfast is not included but there is a microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee maker.  It's a 10 minute walk to the main street in the town via a path at the side of the property.

Heather is a good host without being intrusive, you are basically left to your own devices which suits us.  

We also should mention that we had a fantastic dinner at Norwoods - definitely worth reserving a table if you are staying here.

Fabulous

Selah Guesthouse is a gem. I find it hard to see how anyone can find fault with this place. We felt it was a real bargain all things considered. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with all kitchenware provided. The guesthouse is within very short walking distance to the shops and the walking trails are easily accessible. The surroundings are gorgeous; lots of wildlife and rainforest all around.

Hank and Heather also are lovely hosts who went above and beyond for us even offering to drive us out to Tofino as we didn't have access to a vehicle.

A gem!

Loved the room,  quiet,  comfortable well appointed and clean.  The Guest house is close enough to town and yet it is surrounded by spectacular bush giving the impression of 'being out in the sticks'.  In one morning we arose to two deer that had come out of the forest,  grazing right outside the door. Highly recommend this place which is situated in a very nice part of the world. 

In the wild

This is not a B & B despite some of the online advertising. However, you will get a clean room with most of the amenities. Heather is a friendly person and her husband apparently does whale watching/fishing tours.
