Coming back from a 5 day family vacation to ski mont blanc condo, and we would like to share some information. 
We have been to this place several times before, but we find this time the service and administration crew has changed alot.  The reception guy is not friendly at all and speaks rudely. 
Upon arrival in the condo prestige we found an underwear on the door hook of one of the rooms, juice bottle under the sofa, and KitKat wrappers under the drawer. I don't know what type of cleaning was done especially at this time of covide. 
We called the reception, however after 4pm no one answers your call so we left a message. The next morning, when we called back, a guy named Francois answered the phone. We explained that we left a message and no one returned the call. He said he was busy answering other customer calls. We asked him to have some more towels and he answered rudely by saying that we need to wash the towels because this is not a hotel. I explained that this was not mentioned to us during our reservation and we did not know that during our vacation we had to do laundry.  He finally said that he will send us more towels until we rewash what we had.
When we mentioned to him about the underwear found,  and other stuff he said "ah ok I will mention this to the cleaning crew". 
We did not find the room prep as satisfactory as the past, and was unacceptable for us especially during the sanitary crisis. 
Also, in the past we use to pass by reception to pick up the keys and have some explanation about the site, services,  and what can you do etc..  but now the keys are left in a box at the condo and no one explains to you any details. We found this all unfortunate that the administration is rude since it's a great place, location, and calm place to be.

We just finished a 6 day stay at Mont Blanc.  We had to extend our stay as a member of our family suffered an injury and required medical attention and assistance.  You could not ask for more sympathetic, concerned and caring staff from the first aid ski patrol to the reception desk who extended our stay without question until the required medical help was given.  Huge compliments to the caring staff!

Great People and Service Make All the Difference

We went up as three adults families with mixed ski skills. We stayed at the Village chalets which were clean, well equipped and frankly almost luxurious. The hills were well groomed and maintained (in spite of heavy traffic with little natural snow conditions on our first day). The village jacuzzi was a lovely experience overall. We also attended the New Year party which was a lovely surprise. The food was excellent and very well presented with pride and grace by the staff (thanks to Suzanne who was professional but very friendly and approachable as manager, and her efficient professional staff). The DJ Francis did a fantastic job with the music, everyone of all ages were on the dance floor almost all night. He even led us in a couple group dances!
An excellent family friendly choice no matter the ages involved!

Asked before buying tickets and told ok due to man made snow.  With two biggenner skiers it was an accident in the making.  Did two runs and they would’nt give me a refund or even a credit.

Stayed at the condo for four days, nice pool and enjoyed the beach. We were not told about the construction when we booked neither its website. It is located very close to highway can hear the traffic.

Everything was great, but the construction and highway.

There is an active construction site in the centre of the property. We were not advised prior to booking. 
Dump truck trips From 7:00 am AM to 5:30 PM. Can’t relax at the beach due to the noise. Can’t let your kids run around because of the trucks. Too bad as this is a great place to stay normally.

Be advised. **CONSTRUCTION**

This is a great family type ski resort. Good offering of different type of hill for different type of skiers abilities. Chalet isn't new but still OK to get in to warm up or grab a bite. Prices are fair for quality of hill. Ample parking. Well worth trying.

We came here with two families. Bunny hill with magic carpet was a good grade for the littlest. And when the littlest was done with skiing there was a indoor play place to entertain. Pretty standard cafeteria style chalet. Only did the greens with the bigger kids. One part was a little more difficult. Kids loved the cabane a sucre at the top of the hill.  On the whole a good experience which was significantly more affordable then Mont tremblant.

Great skiing at good prices close to Tremblant! Outdated chalet and facilities! Staff at ticket office are helpful! Stay away from the barman who never smiles and very sarcastic! The barman ruined our day with his attitude! We are regular clients and are a family of six who were disappointed by the Barmans attitude!
