The owner is a truly amazing person with so much life experience and so accommodating. It was a wonderful stay with my brother and we loved the home and the views out to the ocean and entire experience.  The ocean sounds and walk out into the park below were fantastic.  10 mins to downtown was so convenient.  Rosemary was so gracious and helpful and was the icing on the cake for our trip.  Thanks again!

The pictures don't do this place justice. Rosemary is a gem! Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the views are GORGEOUS!
My advice if you stay there: bring earplugs because the seagulls wake up early and want you to, too!!!

Arrived tired and stressed; left 4 days later feeling calm and happy.  What a beautiful peaceful place.  I had the distinct impression that is was important to the owner that our stay was perfect.  I wasn't feeling very chatty and she seemed to pick up on this and back away.  She was sincere in her efforts to stock the room with what we needed and requests were filled immediately. Listening to the sea at night was very soothing and the specular ocean views had me not wanting to leave the room!  However, there was much exploring to do and Rosemary had endless suggestions to satisfy our interests.
We have no immediate plans to return to Victoria but I'm certainly looking for reasons to do so.
What an amazing place!

Rosemary is an incredible host, very welcoming and kind. We had issue with our booking made through booking.com and we should have stayed for two nights and at the end we only stayed one night. 
This issue was due to a misunderstanding and while booking.com did not provide assistance at all, Rosemary was on the other hand very comprehensive and collaborative.
She is also very interesting person and as soon as we arrived we stayed with her talking about us and her adventures. 
The B&B is very comfortable and our rooms had an incredible view on the ocean. 
We really loved to stay at Rosemery's place and felt like visiting a friend. 

If you visit Victoria, this is absolutely the right place to stay. I only recommend to book directly by contacting Rosemary rather than other booking tools.

Perfect for What We Needed!

If you are driving a car, location is good and quiet, near the sea, only 5 minutes driving to Victoria. 
I didn't like the decoration at all. In our room, kind of "Moulin Rouge" decoration, I counted at least 35 red items (towels, napkins, curtains, tissues, furniture, etc. etc., all RED, a bit of a red nightmare. The whole house is too charged of too many old fashion items. I didn't like either that there were so many rules and that they will not open before 4 p.m.
