Stayed in August of 2019 for Heavy MTL. Great location. Room was clean and spacious for the two of us, clean. The layout of the windows was a bit odd and the curtains didn't quite cover the windows completely if we wanted the AC on so we rigged it and put items in front of the windows since this is a downtown location and lots of people on the sidewalks could see in to the room if the curtains stayed open. Bed was ok, no frills. No elevator so be prepared for lots of steps, very little parking but the gentleman who checked us in was kind enough to show us where the best parking was. Very friendly staff. Would book again if it reopens - in fact we looked at rebooking for next year's concerts that were rescheduled and can't seem to book anywhere online and phone is disconnected.
