I've been in this hotel several times already. So far it is  my favorite place to stay in Sihanoukville.  It is always clean rooms, friendly staff, hot water, good wifi and not expencive prices. There are cheap rooms downstairs and a bit more expencive upstairs - but they are bigger

good service for a good price

For $15/night we had a room with A/C, a fridge, and a private bathroom with two showers, one hot one cold. The room had lots of windows and was full of sunlight and everything was clean. There is a pharmacy downstairs so it was easy to get sunscreen and water, even late at night. The man who runs the guesthouse is SO friendly and taught us some words in Cambodian and called the bus service for us when our pick-up was late. This place is less than a ten min walk from an awesome grocery store and in the other direction about ten mins from the touristy, buzzing part of town with tons of bars and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend Chantha. 

Nice place, great staff

Stayed here overnight before heading out to koh rong. Its along the main road of sihanoukville (ekerman) and about a 15 walk from Serendipity pier where all the boats depart. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Price was very cheap. Got upgraded for free to a larger room with some quirky wallpaper. We thought it was great. 

Totally fine

This place is reasonably priced. It is situated only 5mins from beach by bike or tuk tuk. It is on the main strip so is central to shops but quiet unlike the backpacker area closer to the beach. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and eager to help in any way. Would come back here. Con - it has no elevator so we needed to climb the stairs, our room was on the 4th floor but on the bright side hubby and I needed the exercise anyway. 😀

Great place!

If boutique means small, cheap, poorly furnished and above a pharmacy then this is a boutique destination.  They did not help us with our bag to our room up quite a few stairs instead they put it behind the counter making us think it had walked away by itself.  They tried to upsell us from a tiny room to a small room for 25% more.  The was a very noticeable square hole where the refrigerator normally goes underneath a tiny tube tv.  The police turned up to collect a man's things who went to hospital.  His former mattress was drying in the hallway.  I asked the staff where I could rent a moterbike and they sent me on a walk to nowhere.  We were provided with a partial role of toilet paper that ran out.  I got lots of exercise walking the stairs carrying our baby and stuff by myself including trips for stuff that might normally be in a room Either we or they don't know what botique means.   The room was very clean.
