I spent for three nights in this guesthouse, and I paid 5 usd for one night, and I had free breakfast, coffee a tea 24 hours, anyway free pickup from the airport while we could save 7 usd from transportation at the airport. My room was nice, good sleeping, comfortable and clean enough. the staff was smile, welcoming and helpful, and helped arrange a wonderful Angkor trip with reasonable price. I would return, and highly recommended this guesthouse with a great location in Siem Reap.

Overall, lovely guesthouse with low price

I just stayed for a few days in this guesthouse, but I have a good time and care service by nice staffs. They are so warm, polite, friendly and helpful. The room is nice, clean and good for the price. The guesthouse provide free pickup service,Wifi, coffee, tea and breakfast every morning. Great stay and good experience for me, Great value for money. Highly recommend!

Nice people, Great location, good service

I stayed for five nights in this place to completed my trip in Siem Reap. I loved everyone one, they were very kind, helpful, and friendly. The location was great and peaceful. Very near to Pub Street, Old Market, Night Market and many restaurants around. Comfortable room with good price. I would recommend this place to all my family and travelers. This place was my second home. I enjoyed my staying so much in PGL.

Nice home away from home

I spent for three nigths in Siem Reap to visit Angkor Wat. I stayed PGL and the staffs help to arrange me what they can do. I really loved this place, because It is very cheap price, good service, good room and very close to attraction spot. I would recommend this place,I will return again.

Just fine, good stay!

I spend for 6 usd per night, I had a comfortable private room, and the hostel provide free pickup service at the bus statoin, coffee, tea and breakfast. So great value for me as solo traveler. Really delighted my stay in this hostel. Very low price, but offer what we wanted. I highly recommend Palm Garden Lodge to all friends and travelers.

Enjoyed my stay in Siem Reap!

I loved Palm Garden Lodge very much, this is my first review for me,when I have been four months in SE Asia. All staffs are polite, kind, helpful, and friendly. I stayed for ten nights, I never had problem anything. I felt like my home and stayed my family. The hostel organized an amazing Angkor Wat tour and they charged very cheap price. I would stay again and I will recommend all travelers as need low price in Siem Reap.

A great trip, comfortable stay, lovely staff

BEDBUGS!
My girlfriend and I stayed here one night... or we left the bags here during the day but checked out same night because we couldn’t sleep in the room. The beds, pillows even the walls were crawling with bedbugs! They got into all our stuff and it took us two full days and a lot of money to get rid of!! The staff were so rude when we told them of the problem and didn’t care, obviously not the first time they heard about it!

BED BUGS

We are not fussy travelers, always staying in budget accommodation, but this is the worst experience we have had in our 5 months in south east Asia. Water was rusty and the room was dirty but not a huge problem as it was cheap and wasn’t expecting good quality. Awoke after the first night covered in bedbugs, many bites that bothered my girlfriend and I for weeks. The staff said we could change rooms and they would move our stuff for us. We returned that evening, they said there were no rooms available, we would have to find somewhere else and would have to call Agoda for a refund. They did not apologize once. On calling Agoda, they got back to me saying the property had refused a refund, they didn’t answer any of my calls. On examining other reviews, it is clear they knew of the bedbug problem before we stayed but let us sleep in that room anyway. Fake reviews on both trip advisor and Hostelworld and the ones that are real suggest even worse things going on, avoid this place, obviously dodgy and we feel silly not to have checked properly beforehand. Worst stay in 5 months of traveling in SEA, bedbugs and lying staff

We booked in for three nights. Leaving alone the awful service when we got there (we had to wait over 4hr to get a room, that wasn’t even what we booked). 
My partner and I were staying in a private room, which was locked at all times. After the second night of our stay I realised someone took all my cash from the room! Funny enough the only people that has access to the keys for the rooms are the staff, which when confronting them ‘no one knows anything’ and asked me ‘what do you want me to do’. They claim the keys are in a safety box at reception, the same one they offer you to leave your valuables (?!)
Bunch of thieves running this place. I found after this happened to me, over 15 other reviews of people that has gone through the exact same situation in this place.
Need to add place doesn’t look at all like the photos and it is in pretty awful condition.
