Only spent one night at the Angkor Comfort Hotel, but it was enjoyable. There's no meal options, but the room was large, as was the bathroom. It was comfortable and clean. Good wifi. Friendly staff. Everything we needed.

It's on the edge of the main part of town, but within walking distance of the centre and the market. Also right next to a wot and close to the former governor's residence.

A good value budget hotel

This Hotel has to be the best value for money hotel we have stayed in throughout our 3 month trip to Southeast Asia.

We were very sceptical about our stay as the price was ridiculously low,but we were soon to be surprised at the size,cleanliness,service and location of this hotel.

Best value For money ever

As others have said,this has large, clean rooms, nicely furnished and a very reasonable price. The building itself is quite beautiful and you could see was an upscale hotel in its day. We stayed 4 nights in a corner vip room. 
There is one close cafe and night market food across street but otherwise 15-20 min walk to the core restaurants. 
But no hairdryers in room and not even one at desk. The cheap portable shower hung partway up the wall makes showering less than ideal. Our sink tap had been broken off and was never fixed. Front desk staff are friendly and respond to any request but lack the great helpful service approach in some other hotels. All little things that could easily be remedied.
Still as long as you are aware, this is very good value.

Good price, nice character building

Rooms are CLEAN and better than other hotels. But...We still didn't stay. The rooms were SO INCREDIBLY CLEAN and nice. We looked at them. Much nicer than all the other rooms we went and looked at. There is BEAUTIFULLY carved solid wood furniture. The rooms are amazing and CLEAN. The shower looked modern and like a fancy hotel. But, there seemed to be no amenities at all. No breakfast (go to a restaurant off site?) and nothing else but the room?? No bar. We didn't even see any other people. Even the lobby looked like they were running a shop / warehouse out of it so it's a little off putting. No real atmosphere at this place. But the rooms ARE AMAZING if you can overlook the other stuff. The staff seemed so kind and helpful too. They even have a new elevator. This hotel seemed like it should be MORE than 18USD. But the location isn't directly in the centre of town either. It's about a 15 minute walk to the centre. You might like it. Try it!

Hotel is well located, not far from the most interesting parts of town. Galleries, pubs and restaurants within an easy 15 minute walk. Clean room, bathroom was a bit humid, never really dried out. Friendly, helpful staff. 

Good value

We arrived there at 3 PM to find out that they had given our rooms to other tourists. Un reliable! Fortunately we found a good option nearby. If you want to make sure you have a room, don’t book there.
