The guest house offers a nice location, being only three minutes away from the Harmanite beach. It is nice for a short stay, and it is quite reasonably priced, especially off season, i.e. after the 10th of September. Room wasn't very spacious, but had a nice balcony with a sea view.

Nice location, reasonably priced

The room was rather small but ok for two people for a short stay. The bathroom door was a bit difficult to close but overall the room was clean and the balcony was nice, although facing the building right across. Not the best sea view but it was still ok.

Good location, good for a short stay

No instructions on how to enter the building or get keys to your room.  I notified the owner what time I was arriving at the property but there was no one onsite to assist me.  After waiting over and hour and several phone calls a lady came to show my room but she didn't have wifi password and wasn't able to give me any information on Sozopol.  I tried to pay the night before I left but there was no response.  I've tried to send money via Western Union after I returned to the U.S. after a week of communication I believe the owner understands where to pick the money up from. 

The room is clean but very small, there is no view from your room.  My friends stayed at a much nicer place a few buildings away and it was cheaper with better service and polite staff.
