We lived at hotel for one week. This hotel is a very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful personal. Tasty food. Like at home. Not far away from sea. It was very nice time. Edita, Alvydas, Petras, Birute  from Lithuania

Clean and good looking premises. Friendly service. Delicious and rich breakfast. Wi-Fi in rooms.There are only 300-400 meters from the hotel to the sea. We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of June- the city and the sea were still calm and perfect for rest.

The location of the hotel, the room & bathroom (both spacious, with decent furniture, perfectly functioning air conditioning devices, good water pressure in the shower, etc.) and their cleanliness, the kindness of the personnel (beyond just nice), the small garden, the pool, the wifi, the dinners (very well cooked & tasty foods), the prices for daily lunch menus & a la carte offers, and also for the drinks. :) Oh, and you should try the ping-pong table in the basement of the building. As well as the entire gym area/room it is located within (which I honestly don't care about myself). The beach - which the guys here are actually not responsible for :) - is quite fine. Not that wide, but made of fine sand, and with a water depth appropriate especially for families with kids/toddlers, alike ours. If you think this is not for you, just drive (or take the bus) to Sunny Beach. Yet I deem you won't do it. :) We stayed at the ground floor, which I'd recommend, even though you may get a sea view from the upper ones. We hope we'll be back here, alike a famous movie character. P.S.: Do yourself a favor and don't miss the old town, just a few kilometers away. Make sure you go there not later than a couple of days after your arrival, so that you'd have time for a second visit. The Aqua Paradise park is perhaps very nice, too, it's just we - especially a toddler and a pregnant wife :) - decided not to go there this time.

The breakfast. There is room for improvement, even on a budget. A cabin for the shower instead the existing curtain would be nicer, too. But breakfast first, definitely.

The hotel is in a great location - just 100 m from the beach, and about 2 km to the old city. It is possible to park for free in the back yard. The staff was excellent, very kind and friendly. There is a good restaurant and bar in the hotel, as well as swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi. Great place for couples to escape the every day life in a big city!

Perfect hotel! Had a wonderful experience there! The stuff is so friendly. The rooms are clean and the food there is perfect! Delicious! With a vatiety of food! I recommend the place. It is also near the beach. My hasbusnd and I had a wonderful experience there!

Nice family hotel with friendly and helpful staff, a little bit far from the Old Town but close to the beach. We stayed there for 9 nights and had nothing to complain about). Our room was comfortable and clean, had a balcony and was equipped with a fridge, TV and air conditioned. We really enjoyed the cuisine, food was very tasty.

Nice family hotel

Hotel is 100 m,but in 3rd row from the sea and near noisy street.
Room are spacious and cosy,but only cleaned twice per week.
Food is cold,without menu and dinner from menu.
Owner is not friendly.Nessebar is not that far,but transportation is bad,because there are many people in the bus.I can give 7 out of 10.

I won't come back anymore

Terrible experience!! The receptionist  was missing, check in coudn't be done, my husband and I was left on the street by night, no one picked up the phone, no one answered to the messages sent by Booking app. 

Reservation confirmed and paid via Booking.com, reception schedule 24h, arrival previously informed to 00.40 as we came by other country, no answer, no feedback, no help. 

We contacted Booking customer support who wasn't able to speak with the Hotel either as the receptionist was unresponsive,  so they cancelled the reservation behalf hotel. 

Basically we have been left on the street, he had to sleep in the car as there were no hotel available nearby for that night. We could make a reservation on Valencia gardens from.next morning with an early check in due Host courtesy (totally recommendable)

So, once again, terrible experience with Eliri hotel! No customer support, no feedback, no empathy!!
